If you are considering this place turn back around and look around! This place is horrible and trust me when I say this, that they only want your money and soon you will be going back to court. They are so unorganized, understaffed, and not understandable at all! They honestly care less if you finish the program. The face to face are a joke and keep in my there is program less than 500 dollars in there. I for one have two DUI s which I am not proud of, but things happen. I got sent back to court because I had not shown up for 21 days . I had gone to my face to face and they were booked for Christmas week therefore they did not give me a new schedule and asked me to walk in. I m a busy guy and don t have time to just be walking in whenever I please. I need a schedule. Well fact is the following week was New Years therefor I went out of the country to celebrate with family and when I returned the following week I had supposedly missed my face to face, which keep in mind I never got a new schedule due to them being booked on Christmas week. I asked to speak to a counselor and was denied and was asked to speak to them the following week. Well the following week I had a family emergency and was not able to show up. Later on in the week I got a letter in the mail that I was getting returned to court?...

Bottom line is that

1. I never even got a new schedule to begin with.

2. They schedule me classes without me being present.

3. They didn t care that they had messed up and that I was going to have to be the one to pay for there mistake.

4. They are very unprofessional.

5. If you do decide to go here to location, never ever ever get Rameriez! If you are a minute late he will not let you inside the room!

Horrible customer service! I've been calling for weeks to get in a program first they said they weren't taking any new applicants till the beginning of November so I called on the first week of November and it goes straight to an automated system, when I finally get someone to answer they give me the wrong information so the lady I spoke to tells me that the coordinator will return my call to to get my information to get me started well she never called so I called again and again she says the coordinator will return my call she never called me so today I've been calling again and again the automated system answers!, this is so frustrating, they're so unorganized and unprofessional.

Just finished my 18 month program today!
I just want to say thank you: Marcelino, you were patient and worked with my schedule. Leela, you managed to make group meetings fun and informative. Gaby, you're a real sweetheart and you can tell that you care about people. Lorraine, straight-up cool lady. Anna, thanks for making sure my paperwork was legit and helping me with my many questions. Angie, for being so knowledgeable and optimistic but you didn't b.s. me either when I messed up.
I don't know why you guys got so many bad reviews. If people just show up for their appointments and classes (even if you miss a bunch like me) they should have zero complaints.
Thanks again everyone! Y'all are cool, but I hope I never see ya again! ,

This place is one of the besr programs I know, why cause im enrolled here and felt the warmth and welcome .
Felt comfortable , and.thats one of the issues that we choose not to come but go here and.you'll want to keep on coming.

I have had the worst experience with this company since I enrolled. Very unorganized. I was enrolled somewhere before I switched and finished at this place. I can't even say I finished because I called Sacramento and they never received completion papers. Turns out they were never sent! Turns out this company didn't keep track of my completion and have sent me back to court.

Worse place I ever worked! Staff needs to be drug tested! HR is rude AF!!! Staff goes through donations first...takes all the good stuff... its clothes and food!!! I was very disappointed working there!!!!!

If i could give this staff and supervisor a rate "0" I would . The lady in the front desk seems a bit delayed , talks very slow can't remember anything. Puts me on hold 3 times and forgets about me and I call back. Then she asks me the same words again slowwwly.. ask to speak to supervisor and she said okay . Spoke to supervisor , the supervisor seemed like she didn't care about what I had said about her employee and rude staff . So ff.... her too . This company should be reported to the B.B.S . They always say they r booked but don't seem to care for there people since they couldn't find my appointment paper work after I told them I have a paper from them n still said sorry u have no appointment. Screw these people man . I'll take my money some where else . Don't come here lady's and gentlemen that r trying to get help !!!

WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER! Can't get into contact with anyone, and if they do, 9/10 times it's someone with a terrible attitude and low customer service skills.

DEPARTMEN IS SHARE WITH OTHER FACILIYITIES IT CONFUSING GETTING A HOLD OF SOME ONE

There was a death here that COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED if that staff had acted on what they KNEW!!! I was there. Please do not ever, even step foot to this hell hole. My roommate and I are about to bring up a lawsuit, finally someone is speaking out! I cannot live without telling what I know!

9 1/2 years ago the speaker in my class said something that made me realize I was an alcoholic and addict, I have been clean and sober since 6/27/2006

Wouldn t sign me up because they have no appointments yet the entire building was empty with multiple employees. Just say you don t want to help.

This place is the worse. These people don't work with anyone. Stay away from this place. If you want to finish your program. Never come here.
