Had windows and sliding doors replaced in home. Service from the beginning through the end was excellent. Great product and workmanship. Jim Edwards coordinated the process with courteous professionalism. Would recommend CWS for anyone's window needs.

I recently purchased a home with Central Windows. The windows are over 40 years old and still function superbly. I did need to re-silicone two of them and the folks at Central windows walked me through the process and it couldn t have been more simple.

After a break in where a window was broken out at my office, I called central window sales and had a tech at my business first thing the next day and the window replaced that same morning. The install was completed quickly and professionally for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend!!
The installers were great and the job was done very well. Make sure your sales rep slows down and understands what you want -- that wasnt the case in my job and it led to problems.
Home Advisor recommended Central Window Sales Inc. as one of there top providers for windows and doors. They contacted me with in just a few hours after making my request with home advisor. A representative visited my home the following morning. I appreciated the quick response and the immediate proposal with no pressure to buy now. After a few days we signed the work order. Windows installed perfectly, from start to finish Salesman Jim, was knowledgeable and quoted the windows with installation. Installation was done professionally, installers where fantastic. Best experience with window company and I should know, I am in that industry. Would recommend my friends and anyone who needs window and doors products to Central Window Sales. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I had a window in my kitchen brake, I called CWS and they charged me to come out, charge me the glass and installation $348.00 and they did a poor installation job. The guy didn't replace the damaged trimmings only the glass, half ass... NOT RECOMMENDED

six months waiting to install a door of entry that does not order, and change the sliding door and also sold something that does not work. 6 months and I'm still waiting. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE.
I was having trouble with my storefront door dragging. I spoke to Patrick and he was very professional after I explained what was happening he told me what the problem probably was and gave a estimate for repair and made an appointment for the next day. Patrick was there at the time he said and was neat, tidy pleasant to all my clients coming and going with dogs and had it fixed in no time. The price was fair and I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

I recently contacted Central Window Sales to have a window replaced and they did an excellent job. They provided an over the phone estimate prior to the service date, arrived early and worked quickly. Based on the quality of service, I requested they perform some additional repairs in my home and I look forward to working with them in the future. Everyone from Central Window Sales was a pleasure to speak with from the office personnel to the installer. It was such a relief to find a company that I could trust with future jobs and confidently recommend to family and friends.
CWS does NOT warranty any of its products after 90 days. Terrible and poor communication. Will NOT do business with again. Can't leave 0 stars or I would. And now they resort to public insults and rudeness, complete garbage company.
They were quick to respond, polite and professional during each interaction, offered a great price, and shared updates in a timely manner. Sam was our repairman and we couldn't have asked for a better person. Thank you!

I want to thank Central Window Sales for the courteous and professional service we received. John was patient and informative with helping us with a difficult situation. We had lots of faulty windows purchased from another company who has since closed. The replacement glass was ordered and has been installed. I can finally see out all my windows and my neighbors have stopped asking "What is wrong with your windows?" I must give thanks and praise to Sam who installed the windows. Sam is great to work with and I have to mention that every time he came here, he showed up when he said he would. Today that seems to be a rarity and it is appreciated. Again thank you, John and Sam.
Please do not use this company if you own your own home. I wished somebody would have warned me. Their horrible work has damaged my home. They are jerks and do not stand behind their "work". I hate these people.
The building inspector came today and commented on what a good job the installers did.
