We had a great time here at the Sound of Music show. It s a great facility and although we were not close to the stage we still had a great view.

Any other event we have been to has been great and it really handles the crowds well.

It would be good to see more mainstream shows come here, some of the emails I get for events are pretty niche and don t really appeal to my family.

Amazing facility for live performances, I believe it is the best in the city.

It s too bad their parking is so challenging getting in and out.
this they would
We went to a concert there last week and the hallways and tunnels from the Parkade to the building were absolutely filthy and still full of leaves from the fall. I would think for facility like this, they would have blown that out and pressure washed it once in a while. Hopefully it gets cleaned up.

Awesome venue to listen to music or see a show. Not a bad seat in the house and, most importantly, great acoustics. Well-maintained, despite its age, it looks and feels like a new building.

One of my favorite places to attend events in Calgary. The venue is very pretty with amazing acoustics. Their concessions are expensive (as expected) but have great beer options. Also it's super close to the train so you can easily take transit to access it.

Very clean and lots of space in the bathroom; only thing is, the concession stands are a bit much. It's about $4 for water and $5 for ice cream, and some of the alcoholic drinks are around $9

Visited this place to enjoy the paw patrol show that they had going on, like most big events in a bigger city you need to plan for extra time to get parked and into the show on time. They had parking for larger vehicles, traffic controllers and lots of staff to help speed things up. Seats were actually comfortable and had a comfortable amount of leg room. Overall a great family adventure!

Showed up 45 minutes prior to start of our show and still didn't manage to find parking before it started. The theater was nice enough to run their parking lots cash only, and refused access to the largest and closest lots to the general public.

Skip attending shows here if you get the chance.

Have been to the jubilee many times and it's always a great time. There isn't a bad seat in the place and the acoustics are fantastic! While attending a performance in mid August the air conditioning was set too cold and most attendees were freezing. Bring a shawl or jacket just in case! Parking can also be a pain, so get there early or take the train if possible.

I understand that they can charge $10 for a glass of mediocre wine, but when my glass is literally 4oz in a plastic cup and I see peers' glasses seeming to be at least 8oz, I'm not very impressed with the consistency of value.

Excellent Stagehands Trade Show that had the top sound and lighting experts in North America and it was great exposure to young kids for career options. It will be in the Northern Jubilee, next year and is an event not to be missed, for any interested teenagers or anyone in the industry.

The jubilee is poorly staffed and many of the stalls and sinks in the restrooms were out of order. At a sold out show (Les Mis), 2/3 of the refreshment stands on the first balcony lobby were open with only one person on staff. We were unable to buy water before the show or at the intermission. We stood in line for 15 minutes and had to leave because the show was starting. Kind of wrecks the experience of a great show.

First time attending this facility for the production of Les Miserables. The facility was clean and well cared for, easy access for Uber/ cab pickups and drop offs, even the parking lots seemed well managed to accommodate the volume that turned out for the production. Friendly and helpful staff and surprisingly reasonable prices on drinks and eats.

Have seen a couple of plays here now and have sat in different sections. You get a decent view from anywhere, even from the very last row. Parking can be a nightmare though, it's very difficult to leave if you're not smart about where you park!

It was a lovely experience with the best talent from all over Alberta. There is adequate parking. And also the auditorium is giant and a beautiful place that represents modern architecture. The plays and ballets every month or year are spectacular.

I've sat in a few different seats in this auditorium and in Edmonton's. In Edmonton regardless of where I sit, the sound is great. I haven't been to a show in Calgary's that was a clear or crisp sound, despite having a central location. Rather disappointing considering the cost.

Really like this as a venue, there is good beer to drink outside the concert Hall, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I really like coming to shows here as opposed to some of the other venues that are just a large room, they have great acoustics.

Wonderful venue. Beautiful wood walls. All seats, except the last couple of rows of the upper balcony have great site lines. (The back of the 2nd balcony misses things that happened on the main floor -- Lion King's animals go up and down the aisles for example.) Great acoustics and comfortable seats with good leg room - my 6' 2" legs fit while I am squished at the Jack Singer. Good size lobby and easier parking or transit access than downtown.

Not nessassarily their fault but my grandma who cannot easily walk up and down stairs was forced from her wheelchair up 2 sets of stairs from the ACAD hallway to the jubilee.. they said because it was in ACAD nothing could be done. You couldnt phone someone from there to operate the elevator ?? Wasn't impressed about that. After that the staff from the jubilee were slow to get us to our seats for my couins grad ceremony, should probably help one customer at time. Not to mention have more people guiding them in the right direction, people who were wheelchair bound were waiting in line ups they shouldnt have been.
