If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ve had to cancel so many appointments because they don t show up on time to pick you up! Just because we receive public assistance doesn t mean we should be treated differently. If the appointment time is 2:00 and you pick me up at 2:15 and I don t get to my appointment until 3:00 some doctors won t even see you. So you are wasting the doctors time the patient time and other patients time who could ve took that appointment slot and been there on time! They don t care though because they are getting paid regardless.

Do not use this transportation company; they will cause you to never make your doctors appointments. Medicaid should cancel their contract. Two weeks ago, I waited 2 hours & they did a no show . Why be in the transportation business if you re not gonna give it your absolute best? You service is the WORST! Today 7/26, I had an appointment at 2pm. Was told to be ready at 1pm, I called and was told that the time changed to 1:30pm, then I get a call from driver saying he will arrive at 1:50. And my appointment was for 2pm. There was no way we were gonna make it. This is the worst; and I really need to make my appointments. I MUST look for a new company immediately.
Yesterday, my NINETY ONE year old grandmother who has dementia had a doctor s appointment in downtown Atlanta. She was picked up from her care facility and then dropped off at Atlanta Medical Center where the driver took her out the vehicle and LEFT HER UNATTENDED in a wheelchair with her paperwork. A facility worker found her alone and was able to wheel her to the doctors office. This company can look forward to a lawsuit.
I work at a Dr.s office and a patient of ours uses this company. They have had her in our office waiting for a Lyft ride for about 2 hours. About an hour ago they told her that her lyft was 2 minutes away. I am currently on the phone with the company and was told her driver "canceled'. This poor lady has been waiting for a ride that hasnt even been on the way. If a driver cancels the least someone could do is inform the rider. I had to ask them to order her another Lyft. RIDICULOUS! and there is no telling how long that driver will take. - The rep Deborah that i spoke to was very helpful and apologetic, its not her fault that the driver canceled however the company couldve advised the rider
This is the worst transportation service. The nursing home I work for sent me with two residents for an appointment. When it was time to go back to the nursing home. I was on hold for an hour. When I did talk to someone they told me that it would be an hour before someone pick us up. Poor customer. Please use another company for transportation. They need to be out of business.
Every appointment I have .this company all ways send me to the wrong address all the time...it's aways something .I will not be using yall company nomore
Worst company ever! Must make reservations three business days in advance. Several times vendor has not shown up on time or not shown up at all. Recently I was told the vendors vehicle broke down. This made me miss a doctor appointment for the second time this week. It also makes me wonder if the vehicle would ve broken down with me in it, which is scary. They always seem to have an excuse. Also, return trips you have to wait at least an hour for pick up. Believe me when I tell you you will wait that full hour. They need to understand we are Medicaid patients unlimited incomes and can t afford $200 or $300 round-trip to get to a doctor.. It s like they know they are getting money from Medicare insurance and Medicaid so we re not concerned with actual customer service. I have great times zero stars if I could!
The way I was treated today on southeastrans was abused elder abuse. Making me wait a hour and a half for a 10 minute drive home. They do not have a good complaint department. I feel everyone should contact Medicaid department because we're being abused
My mom who is bedridden with a feeding tube has been on a stretcher since 430 pm. It's 6:30 pm and the company they have dispatched have not showed up. The Supervisor didn't care about my mom being picked up. The company Classic Net Inc is the company. If they send them reschedule your appointment. Southeast trans people are black people that use and abuse their authority. They could care less about patients. Signed an angry black woman.
I am writing this review on behalf of my 79 year old aunt. This company is a nightmare to deal with. They are allowed one hour from the time you call to pick you up from your doctor's appointment. This is my aunts second time waiting almost 2 hours to be picked up. The first time no one showed and I had to request a Lyft for her using my app. They partner with Lyft and their seems to be a lack of communication between the two. It took over 2 hours today and several phone calls to get her picked up. They sent a Lyft but they sent it to the wrong address. Therefore, that Lyft had to be cancelled. I have called countless times and all the company said was to continue to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I am fed up with the service and they claim they are not held accountable if you are late to your appointment or if you are not picked up within the hour window. However, I am sure they bill her insurance even if they leave her stranded or make her miss her appointment. Which on another occasion they made my aunt an hour late to her dental appointment. Today, one of the representatives said she would pray that my aunt would get picked up. If your service is reliable why do you have to pray just get her picked up. Would not recommend their service.
