I am writing this review on behalf of my 79 year old aunt. This company is a nightmare to deal with. They are allowed one hour from the time you call to pick you up from your doctor's appointment. This is my aunts second time waiting almost 2 hours to be picked up. The first time no one showed and I had to request a Lyft for her using my app. They partner with Lyft and their seems to be a lack of communication between the two. It took over 2 hours today and several phone calls to get her picked up. They sent a Lyft but they sent it to the wrong address. Therefore, that Lyft had to be cancelled. I have called countless times and all the company said was to continue to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I am fed up with the service and they claim they are not held accountable if you are late to your appointment or if you are not picked up within the hour window. However, I am sure they bill her insurance even if they leave her stranded or make her miss her appointment. Which on another occasion they made my aunt an hour late to her dental appointment. Today, one of the representatives said she would pray that my aunt would get picked up. If your service is reliable why do you have to pray just get her picked up. Would not recommend their service.
