Worst company ever! Must make reservations three business days in advance. Several times vendor has not shown up on time or not shown up at all. Recently I was told the vendors vehicle broke down. This made me miss a doctor appointment for the second time this week. It also makes me wonder if the vehicle would ve broken down with me in it, which is scary. They always seem to have an excuse. Also, return trips you have to wait at least an hour for pick up. Believe me when I tell you you will wait that full hour. They need to understand we are Medicaid patients unlimited incomes and can t afford $200 or $300 round-trip to get to a doctor.. It s like they know they are getting money from Medicare insurance and Medicaid so we re not concerned with actual customer service. I have great times zero stars if I could!
