It was a good experience working in a SNF, assisting the geriatric population, because that's what I love to do. However, speech therapy restrictions were placed on patients which kicked my salary to the toilet. As a result, I lost my travel stipend for rent. Rather than making $1500 a week, I made $700 a week. Had I known about this company beforehand, I never would have accepted the travel assignment. No reflection on the company for whom I was actually working. Yes, I have a Master's Degree, and it was a slap in the face. The regional director was a micromanager, and did not advocate for the ST section. She "helped" me alright. I lost a lot of pay on this assignment.

I was hire As Rehab director , I had one of the. Best rehab team ever , productive, on time and very competitive, last week , during and internal facility issue some one the the building report to the HR that I was not following the early abuse report , I was report it in 1 hour during a facility meeting, the Assistant administrator was inform and the matter was report. Next day I got a call from my Regional Tifany saying that I was not in the compliance and they write me up, I toll it was no fair and in put my designation for no trusting the rehab team, I have been working g untill today and I got a call from my Regional that someone report that I leaf the meeting after want SRS cause me, I toll her that it was a lie , that she was not doing the rigth thing , and she was lying , she toll me that she was rigth and I was a dirty Latino, I can't report this to HR, I don't have the prove but , is my stament , SRS is rasist and I'm a American citizen , how this can happen

Don't be deceived, this company is very overbearing. Too many Chief's not enough Indians. Too many managers, very micro managed, to the point of not caring for their workers. Pay is late, and they will downsize your pay. This company has been one succession of loses, and good at sucking the joy out of rehab. It was a very big mistake to transition over to this company. Worst decision of my career. Don't do if you love your job.

Worked as a DOR at their Crowley TX facility. There was no support from my regional or corporate office when a problem arose beyond my pay scale. I should have know when the regional called four days after my initial interview was scheduled only for her to say" sorry, I was so busy I must have forgot". That never changed when I became the DOR. Maybe that's why they hire so many new grads. Live and learn I guess...

The worst employment company I have ever experience. Poor management, unorganized, unprofessional, lack of communication, and lack of knowledge of policies and procedures.
