You get what you pay for literally. It's not expensive and neither is the wood they use to make the beds. I have not had my items for a whole year yet and they are falling apart

I DON'T recommend this store if you want peace of mind, they sell TRASH. No quality... Furniture will fall apart in one month or max in 6 month.
To be on their safe side, it's clearly written on their bill, no exchange or refund but no gurantee also that piece you buy paying good money will hardly last for a month...is disgusting and shows their deceiving customer tricks. Post selling they show very careless attitude not bother to take care of your problem. In our case problem never fixed & finally refused to do it.
It's better to pay little more higher & get from reputed store during seasonal disounts.

We purchased a sectional sofa paying $2000.00. The salesman told us it was suede. I knew better that it was microfiber, but didn't care to correct him. The salesman was nice, but the other staff were dismissive. The delivery men did not put the sofa together for us, they left it in pieces for us to assemble ourselves. We experienced trouble with part of the sofa while it was under warranty and the staff gave us some push back but eventually made it right by repairing the piece. The sofa has not held up. Cheap wood was used and many parts of the sofa have broken. It has been 2.5 years and we already need a new sofa, not the kind of quality you expect to receive when you pay $2000. For $400 more we could have purchased a leather sectional with power seats from Ashley furniture.

I love this Company I went there a few years ago and got some furniture and I just sold it last year to get a more moderating look. However my husband talked me into going to one of these bigger chains and I felt that everything was over price and I and not happy with the look of the furniture that I brought. I went to Southeastern furniture warehouse two days ago and I saw all the furniture that I have at have the price I paid at a big chain. I told one of their sale men that I would be back as soon as I pay off this crap I should of never brought in the first place.

This is a good spot to buy furniture if you are moving into your first apartment or just don't want to spend a whole lot for it. There is a decent selection of furniture at a good price although some of the colors are alittle wierd. I got a solid color sofa, loveseat and 3 tables (coffee and 2 end tables) for a little over $1000 with taxes and shipping was only $25 for anywhere in Greensboro in 2006. The delivery guys had they stuff to my apartment a half an hour after I paid for it. I would definitely buy more furniture from them again.

I brought a living room set from them less than a year ago and I moved to another apartment I had never moved the furniture when they delivered it to mr when I was in the process of moving I picked up the loveseat and the legs fell off this sofa had never even been sat on I still have the tags on the set when I called southeastern furniture they informed me that there was nothing they could do when I called back to speak to the manager at 3:30 they told me that no manager was available this is the worst ever I would not advise anyone to go to this store horrible customer service

Absolutely by far the WORST experience ever! The worst customer service and the most unprofessional place I have EVER been to in my entire 44 years alive. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and was happy to quickly walk out the door and give my business and money to the Ashley Furniture store in Winston-Salem instead!

I will never buy anything here again! Not an issue with the product but I already paid $550+ for bed set and delivery. Then delivery guys come and say they don't set up because I didn't pay an additional fee! Mind you this is after I called back to store and told them I was was never told about any additional fee and was basically advised the $25 was it when we were there. All he said was maybe give them something to put it together. NO!! I have already paid $$$ and was never told anything different until they're here?! And the guys here tell me it's $85! To put together a bed rail????! No head board or anything more. I only bought the bed rail for a spare room bed. I have been getting things from there for years, family members also, but this experience will make it my last. And I'll make sure they know also. Even Walmart's fees for delivery and setup are set and advised to their customers & this place thinks they'll get $85 for a setting up a bed rail?! Never again! We have gotten larger items from Lowe's and Walmart and no extra fees or your people's side hustles on customers last minute! Lost a loyal customer!

This place has decent prices but it's selection is much smaller than other discount furniture stores in the area. That being said it was also not less busy than the other stores.

This place sucks we paid for our furniture and delivery expecting to have our furniture delivered same day, they said they couldnt deliver it same day so we scheduled a day for delivery. Long story short, im still waiting on my furniture...and now when i call they wont answer the phone....VERY VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Furniture is great and a good price but they have bad communication with the delivery people. First I was giving a window of 2-6pm. Then last minute at 945 they call me saying they are coming 10-2pm. I had to scramble to make it home. Very unprofessional communication. Nobody called me to ask if the change was okay and the delivery driver had a attitude on the phone.

Went in to buy a dresser. Looked around and selected a dresser I liked. I asked the salesman for the price and agreed to the price. When the salesman wrote up the order at the register, he put a different price on the paperwork than he told me. The difference was minor but the principle is that he changed the price. He refused to honor the price he first told me. I asked him if he was willing to lose a sale over that small of a price difference. He said yes, so I gladly walked out and spent my money at another furniture store. That is a shame! I guess he had too much pride that he couldnt admit to his mistake and correct the matter. I would never shop here or refer anyone here.

If you're thinking about buying furniture from this establishment, i'd think long and hard before you do. I purchased almost $1200.00 worth of furniture and when it was delivered, the delivery man broke the furniture. I immediately called the store and informed them. I was told that when another came in, I'd get it. That never happened. I called the store over 20 times and never got a return call from Mike Fletcher. I was told the furniture was shipped under water and they had no idea when it would be in. This went on for over six months. Finally, I had no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and amazingly I got a response. I was told I could get $300.00 or come in and pick out something of equal value. I live over 40 miles away round-trip and since the response from the BBB I've been into the store at least 8 times and I finally found something today. If I lived closer, I would've been in the store at least once a week. Unfortunately, they're now only offering me $600.00 for my furniture!!!!!! I guess it's my fault that every time I've been into the store, they've had nothing I like until today? This to me, is unacceptable. It wasn't my fault their delivery man broke the furniture and I've had to jump through hoops to try to get a replacement or even a phone call back. Moral to this story? Don't buy furniture here, they don't stand behind it.
