If you're thinking about buying furniture from this establishment, i'd think long and hard before you do. I purchased almost $1200.00 worth of furniture and when it was delivered, the delivery man broke the furniture. I immediately called the store and informed them. I was told that when another came in, I'd get it. That never happened. I called the store over 20 times and never got a return call from Mike Fletcher. I was told the furniture was shipped under water and they had no idea when it would be in. This went on for over six months. Finally, I had no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and amazingly I got a response. I was told I could get $300.00 or come in and pick out something of equal value. I live over 40 miles away round-trip and since the response from the BBB I've been into the store at least 8 times and I finally found something today. If I lived closer, I would've been in the store at least once a week. Unfortunately, they're now only offering me $600.00 for my furniture!!!!!! I guess it's my fault that every time I've been into the store, they've had nothing I like until today? This to me, is unacceptable. It wasn't my fault their delivery man broke the furniture and I've had to jump through hoops to try to get a replacement or even a phone call back. Moral to this story? Don't buy furniture here, they don't stand behind it.
