We purchased a sectional sofa paying $2000.00. The salesman told us it was suede. I knew better that it was microfiber, but didn't care to correct him. The salesman was nice, but the other staff were dismissive. The delivery men did not put the sofa together for us, they left it in pieces for us to assemble ourselves. We experienced trouble with part of the sofa while it was under warranty and the staff gave us some push back but eventually made it right by repairing the piece. The sofa has not held up. Cheap wood was used and many parts of the sofa have broken. It has been 2.5 years and we already need a new sofa, not the kind of quality you expect to receive when you pay $2000. For $400 more we could have purchased a leather sectional with power seats from Ashley furniture.
