2nd time coming here for service and it was fantastic. I gave them a laundry list of things to resolve as my warranty was almost up and they fixed everything in the same day. I came from out of town and was treated with an Uber to and from work. I would definitely be back. Thanks to Dan for making this a wonderful experience.

The Sales Manager, Chris, did step up when we suggested that we could get the colour and price we wanted elsewhere and Southbank beat that deal. What a great place to purchase a vehicle the two people I dealt with (Troy and Ivan) were both so knowledgeable and professional. Troy not only gave amazing customer service during the purchasing process but he continues to answer any and all of my questions. Ivan was courteous and informative. We have purchased two vehicles at South bank from Troy and we will only ever deal with this wonderful young man.

I went in because of a "check engine" light. I was told that there was a charge for the diagnostics work. After more than one hour I was called to talk to a mechanic and for the second time explained the reason for my visit including problems with the gas cap being loose. Another hour and a half to replace the gas cap and then the road test and FINALLY my van was ready. I just wasn't prepared for a 3 hour visit for such a seemingly small problem.

Came into this dealership with no appointment. Our car had broken down and we live 6 hrs away. Upon hearing this, even though the service department had a majorly jam packed day, they prioritized it for us and had it diagnosed and fixed same day so we could get home!
And to top it off they did all the work for as cheap as possible. Amazing service. We will definitely be back once we relocate here! Thanks to Chris for making this all happen so quickly and to the service guys for doing an amazing job on the work!!

Picked up my 2018 dodge truck from service today, 4th time in 2019 for a total of 7 weeks in service, they finally fixed a problem that they failed to diagnose the 3 previous times. A strut mount plate. Floor was covered with mud and grease , passenger side dash and door interior had greasy hand prints all over.
I have never been so disapointed . Total disregard for my vehicle. On the other hand, it was nice to see dean martin gone.

I traded in my Subaru Impreza for a Ram 1500. As a female, I am fotunate to be a mechanical engineer and a previously an auto mechanic, as well as the freedom of simply wanting a new vehicle versus needing one.
So with the Ram 1500 brochure and the internet I did the research to justify my switching vehicles and the went to 4 Ram dealers, in Ottawa, trying to get as close to the model I wanted.
I faced sexism, salesmen who didn't know their products and the whole "we have so much in common, lets be buddies sales approach". When I went into Southbank Dodge on a Friday at dinnertime, I was tired and fed up of trying to be manipulated. I met Youssef, I put my notes infront of him, which showed him the features and accessories I wanted, handed him all the data on my Subaru as a possible trade in. He looked at his available stock and said he could get me what I wanted, and took my cell # and email address; I left after about 15 minutes of very productive time and with a sense of being respected!
The next morning in my inbox was an email from Youssef laying out the monthly lease rates with & without my trade in.
He never pressured me to sign the deal and understood adding stress to my life wouldn't have been to his benifit; a smart and classy way to seperate himself from the other salesmen.
I love my truck, in the short time I've had it, Southbank Dodge has earned my future business with how I was respected and treated.

Today was the absolute worst customer service experience i have ever recieved. I had an appointment for 7 Am for an oilchange, tire rotation, and to address a brake issue. It is now after 1 P.M. and I just got my vehicle back. I was told that the person working on my vehicle was also the alignment person, so he had to be pulled off my vehicle to work on someone elses. Also was told that they only had 4 technicians working today. I dont feel that them only having four technicians is my problem as i had an appointment for 7 AM and it took them 6 hours. I am extremely unimpressed with the events that unfolded here today, unfortunately Chris, the person I typically deal with was not here to help today.

I purchased a Ram 1500 from this dealership and was very impressed with the customer service I received. I wish to compliment Paul Curry on not only taking care of the paper work, but also taking care of the post delivery of the truck.
There is a reason for only the 4 stars. I purchased a winter tire package with the truck and had the tires put on. When I got the truck, I could not find the key for the wheel locks in the truck. When searching I found all the hidden spots where they forgot to clean which was utterly disgusting. Then I find out that the tech that worked on the truck lost the key and I would have to go back and have them cut off. When going for the appointment, all of a sudden the key shows up, but they had to do a warranty inspection because the same tech forgot to save it in the computer when it was originally done.
I realize that all sounds horrible, but Paul Curry took care of it all for me and made sure I was pleased at the end of the day.
I also came in for an Oil Change (since it wasn't done when the truck was delivered) and was happy with that experience. But the dealership should wash the service cars, even if its just an oil change or a engine rebuild. It would defiantly make clients happier if they see their vehicle cleaner than it was when brought in.

My husband and booked an appointment to test drive a few vans on the weekend. Before allowing us to do the test drive they insisted on having the ownership and keys to our car so that they could appraise it. Never have I ever, booked a test drive and been asked to hand over my keys first before testing out a vehicle. The salesperson was pushy and wasted our time grilling us on our current vehicle because he said he wanted to close a deal with us that same day. After asking us 3 times for our keys, we finally said we were going to walk away if they kept on asking. He stopped at that point and took us on a test drive. He wasn't able to answer our questions very well so it was awkward having him in the backseat saying nothing. Although the van seemed ok we hated their sales approach and we made an excuse to leave right after so we could avoid talking to them any longer. We won't be back. We bought a Honda that same day and are very happy with the van and their salespeople.

This question i've been asked 10 times and 10 times I was saying, look, i dont even know what car exactly i am going to take, can we talk about signing when I at least choose a car. Trying to f*** you up and make some money on different things, such as your trade in car. Giving you one amount and at the end offering you financing which make no sence at all, and its seems like you trading your car for free. I asked sales person this question and he said, well it doesnt matter how much we taking your car for, monthly payment is the only thing that matters at the end (thats true, but numbers he gave make no sence). Over all, I'm highly dissapointed with dealership. If you have choise, go to somewhere else.

just as professional. The only negative thing I can say is that while I was waiting for the work to be done I was looking at the merchandise they sell but the workers behind the counter stayed in the next room and never bothered to ask me what I wanted. It would appear an inspection was preformed before sale but was rushed. Chip in windshield not mentioned and burned out lights.
They did replace the lights at no charge.

Dean and all of the service staff go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a major dealership. At other dealerships it seems to be a battle to get warranty work covered and so I was very surprised at the positive attitude displayed by Dean and the other service team members when work was required.

Southbank Dodge has the shadiest team of salesmen I've ever dealt with. They withhold the contract as long as possible so you don't realize what they are charging, do not explain the details of the contract that they are ethically and legally obligated to do, change the paperwork to suit and offer "perks" that in the end are an expensive extended warranty!
I feel that they have taken full advantage of me at 81 years old, rooked me into a purchase that is $20,000 more than I had planned and over $5,500 for an extended warranty that was charged but never discussed.
I am in the process of contacting Chrysler, OMVIC, a lawyer, the police regarding their fraud against a senior, go public and will see them in small claims court.
Do yourself a favour, shop anywhere else!

After some negative dealings with other dealerships, I am generally skeptical of them. My view has significantly changed since going to Southbank. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the level of service so far. The guys I ve dealt with took an initiative to get to know me and even helped me with a few scratches I ended up with less than a week after I bought my new Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership!

They are rude and always try to trick you with terms and services just to take your money. Also the girl at the shop counter answer the phone without respect for the customer. My experience in this place is good at sales point but definitely I will look for another place to do my next purchase due to the bad service after sales and guarantee recalls.
