My sales person, Alex was great and got me the best deal on a 2018 Tundra.
Their staff was super easy to work with. The finance personal, Dean Oancia, showed up on his day off to finish my paper work.

Love the Vehicle. Would absolutely recommend to any one!!

I traded my 2010 toyota corolla sports to toyota matrix a 2012 model from South Pointe Toyota. I was a new driver when I had my car. The delivery coordinator Ray Maturino was extremely patience with me and he was a great source of information and insight about cars.
On the second vehicle that my husband and I purchased with South Pointe Toyota I made sure that Ray was the one who would assist us. As I expected he showed us the features in our 2016 Toyota 4Runner and patiently answered all of our questions.

Purchased a 4runner 2 months ago. Got text messages and phone calls all day long until the deal had become final. Once I officially owned the 4runner, I can not get a hold of one person I need to speak with at the dealer ship. The finance guy we dealt with by the name of Cory fudge is TERRIBLE. If you must purchase a vehicle here, run from this guy. He didn't even put our correct address on anything, and I am still chasing after them 2 months later to get my deposit back that I left. I called and spoke to the receptionist and she literally told me how fed up she is of getting complaints about Cory and that people say these same things all the time. She transfered me to someone and he said he would call me back that night or the next day. It's been a week and I haven't heard from him. We bought a tundra from them 2 years ago and this exact same thing happened. We shouldn't have gone back, shame on us.

Josh Deman was more than helpful as we had full knowledge of what he has in stock and even managed to answer my most redundant questions. I recently was referred by a friend to purchase my first vehicle from South Pointe Toyota. I was hesitant at first as South Pointe is quite far from where I live but she had reassured me that the quality of service she received was beyond amazing. My friend referred me to Mike Nguyen, whom had assisted her in purchasing her car from Toyota. I can say that the amount of praise she had given Mike was not one bit over exaggerated. He was quick to understand my wants and needs out of a vehicle and did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best value for my Scion FR-S. My overall experience at South Pointe Toyota was very pleasant. The service I received from Mike was outstanding. Just as my friend did for me, I will also now be referring both family and friends to South Pointe Toyota and Mike.

i just bought a car over a month ago from this dealership, service provided by the sales person Jamal Zulfiqar was very good and gave me all the details regarding what i am looking for and steered me straight to that direction, he showed me all the cars i wanted to see and was very helpful with all the details. He even called just yesterday and was asking about how my car was doing and was the service adequate, i am very pleased with the service provided by Toyota Southpointe and especially by Jamal Zulfiqar. i suggest all other people to go this toyota and get in touch with Jamal.

Came to look at Tacoma & Tundra trucks, as soon as walked in the door we were approached by Blair, he gave us his card immediately and told us to come find him if we needed anything and then he left.
We spent about 20 mins in the dealership and were both literally sitting in a truck and never saw Blair again. We had questions but will be going to another dealership where the sales people want to sell the trucks.

I normally don't leave reviews online but had to leave one for this experience. I appreciate when sales people don't make me feel pressured into buying their products, especially when if comes to the purchase of a vehicle. He not only took the time to go through my options, but also made my overall time there personable and genuine. Was the single best experience that I have had with a dealership. Big shout out to Chad Watts in sales and Ronan Cockar in finance. These two guys made us feel like family. They were incredibly kind and helpful. They literally went out of their way to make sure that we were completely taken care of. Unbelievable. Also, I didn't feel any of the typical sales pressure from either of them. The customer service was light years beyond any that I had had with any other dealership. I won't be buying a vehicle from anyone/anywhere other than Chad and South Pointe in the future.

While I would absolutely love to give this dealers...

While I would absolutely love to give this dealership five stars, Michael Khavkin was the reason I decided to give it only one. Michael was rude and arrogant from the start, short, talked over me all the time, and made everything seem rushed. He scoffed at me in his office, because it was my first car purchase and I wanted to send my father a copy of the contract before signing it (so he could make sure all was good). I don't have data on my phone, so I wasn't able to send it to my dad. So I asked Michael if he could quickly scan the form and send it via e-mail. He FREAKED out, and said he couldn't scan it before I signed it, but he had scanned and sent it to me previous so I could go over it as I live out of province (hence, he was lying when he said he couldn't scan it before I signed it).

He was saying things so fast and rudely and didn't understand why I was being so "difficult," when really, I was just making sure the contract covered me PROPERLY. I asked for him to check the "balance of factory warranty" under USED cars, and not DEMO cars, and just re-printed a form and told me to "check off whatever I wanted." That is NOT how you do business.

I was also charged extra "security" and "admin" fees, which were not previously discussed with me. Don't fall for these fees - get them to drop them. I called AMVIC and they said the fees are not necessary and they are trying to deal with the issue among dealerships all throughout the province of Alberta.

Michael is emotionally abusive and needs to take some anger management. He is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Mark Deware was kind and helped me out when Michael wasn't doing his job or answering my phone calls from another province. I have no issues with any of the other workers - Michael needs to either get a change of attitude or get fired. I'll be speaking with the company manager as well, if he actually picks up the phone one day.

I love the car I purchased, but I would never in my life finance another car here if it had to be through Michael.

I have never had such a good experience with any service company in my life. I truly felt like a member of their family and that I was treated as such. One salesperson that stood out was Samuel Santos. I recommend him to everyone. He actually wanted to help me buy a car that I would be happy with. He wasn't just another revolving door salesman trying to sell me on every car I looked at but he told me the pros and cons of every car and which ones I'd be happiest with he thought. I have never been so impressed with a person and a dealership.

Beyond that their service was first rate. Sure there is some awkwardness when you first meet someone, but with these folks it was a breeze!

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go here!

The worst experience to purchasing a vehicle I've ...

The worst experience to purchasing a vehicle I've ever encountered. I spoke with sales person Noah regarding the purchase of a Sienna, because I live in Edmonton we had agreed upon a price over text. I then receive an email from a finance manager Justin with a completely different amount, approximately $1700 higher than what was originally agreed and that I would not take it at that price. After inquiring about why there was such a big difference I was told it was due to Security registration and Doc fees. I responded to Justin that I did not want to pay these fees but he told me it was mandatory so I did not respond any more. After about a month I receive a call from Justin saying my Van had arrived, I was confused so I asked him to send me a copy of the bill of sale because i thought maybe they had proceeded with the deal at the originally discussed price. Nope, the BOS stated the higher price, so I told Justin that I still do not want the vehicle and asked him to return my deposit. After not hearing back from him for about a week I make a drive down to Calgary to see them in person, I was made to wait for their sales manager Howard Lum for over an hour just to be told that their "accounting" and "finance" was not open on Saturday and they could not process my refund. I was assured by Justin that I'd get my deposit back the following business day...so I followed up the next business day...guess what? I was then told that because the car I did NOT order came in and they put my name on it, they can keep my deposit of $1,000. I asked Justin to provide me with documentation with me agreeing to purchase the vehicle as well as the deposit, and have not heard back from anyone since. Be cautioned people, if you're purchasing from this dealership they'll take any opportunity to rip you off, stay vigilant, don't let them do to you what they did to me...I still have no received by deposit back and this incident happened around end of July this year.

WOW, I have never been so disappointed with a Car ...

WOW, I have never been so disappointed with a Car dealership before. Back in April of 2020 I spent the long task of penciling a deal with Chad Watt, one of the sales reps at South Point Toyota. We agreed on a great price for a 2020 Tacoma in Cement Grey. We had a trade that we discussed and had assessed by the used car folks at the same dealership. Chad explained that there were no trucks with my specifications at their dealership, but they had tracked one down from another dealership in the western part of Canada, and that they were able to strike a trade with that dealer. Chad gave me a date of delivery that was about three weeks out. I decided that I had the time to see if I could sell my "trade" while I waited, which I cleared with Chad Watt and he confirmed that it would not affect the pricing or the deal that we had made. Great news, I sold my "trade" using Kijiji for more than Chad had anticipated with their evaluation. I awaited for the Tacoma to be delivered on the specified date, when I received a phone call from Chad stating that the truck in question had been sold by the other dealership. He was fully aware of the disappointment, and offered to sweeten the deal if I could wait for the next shipment from the factory in July. The offer was to throw in the TRD Black Rims and Tires. Due to Covid, I had no issues with waiting for the truck, so I agreed, as well as I emailed Chad to confirm the deal with the TRD Rims and Tires, the OEM rims and tires, as well as the Toyota Credit 0.49% interest for 72 Months. He confirmed all this via email, and stated that the deal was secured and all I had to do was wait. Please keep in mind that when I sold my Car "trade" I had informed Chad Watt of this and he had updated the paperwork. Well the truck arrived at the dealership as promised in late July 2020, the Finance Manager Justin Van Noord contacted me to inform me of its arrival, and proceeded to ask me for the details of the deal, which I had been told that Chad had passed all that information onto the Sales Manager prior to him taking the used car sales manager position at Country Hills Toyota. I sent all the details to Justin as requested, and the next day he asked if I could bring in my trade for an evaluation. I told him that I had sold my "trade" which I had cleared with Chad. He then told me that they may not be able to get me the 0.49% financing due to me selling my trade. This was also cleared via email with Chad prior to me selling my car "trade". At this point I figured it was time to visit the dealership to see my new truck and figure out what all the issues were. I went to see Justin first and he sent me straight to see the Sales Manager. Now this individual was a real gem, his name was Zak Bhanji. He basically sat me down at one of the desks and told me that he could not do this deal. He never offered me any options, and mentioned that Chad no longer worked there, and he didn't care that I had a deposit for $1000 since penciling the deal in April. I basically said that he was stating the his sales team was incompetent, and he did not disagree. I also told him that I felt his ethics need to be reviewed. At this point I asked for my deposit back, which I received with no interest, as well as I confirmed through Chad that the dealer principal killed the deal. In the end, I will warn you to not deal with these folks and find another dealership to take on your well earned money and well deserved spare time as these folks wasted mine. I see the many customers who lost their deposit due to this company!
#SouthpointToyota DONT PURCHASE HERE. The two sales people were too lazy to work on the making sure of a good deal; Craig Taylor and Dean Oancia of southpoint Toyota.
After being bullied and coherenced I confirmed an amount to be taken for a deposit. When i checked the deposit amount Craig was instructed to take he took over that amount! Theft!
Dean Oancia left my file didn't work on it all at then lied about it. I found out after when approaching the bank.
I sent an email stating I was done with the dog and pony show they were playing me.
Not even the decency to return my deposit had to contact my credit card company to get my deposit. No deals! Only a run around wasted my time and led me on.
I look forward to the day we all buy our vehicles through an online dealer and their jobs become obselete.

I had a great experience with Patryk Arkuszynski @ South Pointe Toyota.

I was begrudgingly looking for a minivan due to the inevitable 4th child. My wife had been pestering me for the past few months to find something that would suit us better than the SUV that she was driving.

I received a message from a former classmate that he decided to change careers into sales. We messaged a few times, and he ended up finding me the perfect minivan. He got me very close to the price I wanted to pay, and was respectful of my time. From the test-drive to final purchase must have only took about an hour and a half.

I am extremely happy with my minivan, and more importantly, so is my family.

I would highly recommend Patryk to anyone looking for a no-BS straightforward transaction.

I have only 5 star things to say about South Pointe Toyota. Think I am on my 3rd vehicle with them and the service has always been top notch. If you are heading down Jamil Manji has always looked after me. Consultive, remembers little details, knows the product line and at the end of the day leaves the decision in my hands to buy or not to buy. He is a friend that I just happen to buy good vehicles from.....vehicle number 4 will be coming soon.

I'm usually very hesitant to bring my vehicle into dealerships for service, specially when my warranty is over because I feel that they are quite expensive. However, I decided to bring my vehicle into South Point Toyota because my regular mechanic is away and I did by my vehicle from South Pointe many years ago. After dealing with Dennis Ashworth, I think I'm a little at ease and will bring my vehicle back next time it needs any type of service done. Not only was Dennis very polite and professional, he was very intuitive with giving me information on the work he did on my vehicle but I truly appreciate the recommendations he gave me to help prolong the life of my vehicle.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location. I am always greeted with professionalism and treated fairly. My last experience was a testament in superlative client care. Dave Moran was the client liaison that worked with me. He kept me up to date with all the various items that my vehicle was being look at for and he also went over and beyond the call of his job description wondering how things were running with the vehicle when he wasn't on the clock. He would always take things a step further and organized a loaner car and got the paper work ready, prior to me pulling in. Limiting the time I needed to be a the shop. That showed me that he and the people at Toyota South Point are dedicated truly care for their clients and the jobs they do.

I was able to witness the team support they give to one another and how well the departments work with one another. Great Job South Point Toyota , keep up the great work!

Came in today for an oil change which is supposed to be free since I bought the vehicle at the parent store Country hills Toyota mostly because I worked for the owner for years and love the product. I was told upon arrival that I forfeit my free oil changes because I refused to have my brakes and cabin filter serviced to the tune of almost $500.00! I explained that I have just started a new job and it is 2 weeks from Christmas and i can't afford it right now but will be getting it done next oil change. I guess that's not good enough for them. Definitely won't be going back there any time soon. It's no wonder Brian Schmidt and his dealership are second to Country Hills Toyota.

Best Toyota dealership in Calgary. After trying two others and getting very poor service when my battery light went on, South Pointe was able to get me in the same day and fix the car that day- Heninger Toyota wanted me to wait 2 weeks... Because of this, I decided to shop for my new vehicle there and got a fantastic Rav 4. Ernesto sold me the car- he was very knowledgeable, not overly pushy and came to talk to me within a minute of me walking through the door. Often overlooked as a young person, the service I got at South Pointe was great. Will now get my vehicle serviced there for as long as I live in Calgary!

I just bought the highlander 2020 from here yesterday and I must say that this is the best dealership experience I have ever had south pointe Toyota should be everyone s to go Toyota dealer just try them once u will never go to any other Toyota dealer I tried quiet a lot of them before coming here the best deals are with them . For the most part, the process of selecting a vehicle, negotiating terms, and completing the transaction were easy. This dealership, relative to other Toyota dealerships that I visited in Calgary, seems more professional.

Worst customer service, they're there to fool you at the end... prefer DO NOT GO!!! I've get my car from them/dealership and I got to know maintenance service is just visual inspection for which we pay $400+, now after getting service from them I get engine check indicator on 3rd day and I was been asked pay for $80.. I won't go there for sure

They let incompetent people work on your vehicle.

Brought my 4Runner to SPT for the first time 2 weeks ago for a simple oil/filter change, I bought it from Country Hills Toyota 6 years ago and used them ever since for services etc without a glitch but since moving to South Calgary, I thought I'd give SPT a chance and maybe switch to them. Big mistake...

Got my 4Runner back after the oil/filter change and a few days ago, noticed many oil patches on my garage floor, went investigating and nearly the whole underside of my vehicle was covered with oil (front half anyway)

After bringing it back, I was told the mechanic didnt reinstall the sump plug properly (he clearly didnt even check the plug after filling the engine with oil to see if it was dripping).

First and last time letting SPT touch my car, my next service is spark plugs and brakes all around so maybe I've dodged a bullet.

And they've missed out on a trade in sale next year too.

Awesome experience from the whole dealership. My sales person Chad Watts was espessially helpful. The deal was fair compared to other dealers and to top it off they added a wheel and tire package that was better quality far less than any other quote I had from the aftermarket parts guys. I will be back to see them the next time I m in the market for a vehicle.

Bought my 4Runner here last year. The truck has had nothing but problems since. Had to replace the alternator, new shocks, new spark plugs, found a leak in coolant container. South Pointe did nothing to check this car over thoroughly before the sale. Awful experience, will never buy a car from this shop again. Crooks!

Was recently in there for the "black friday deal" - I have attached photos. It was a joke and not at all what advertised! I am still waiting for a response from them but nothing...they seem to not care about their clients, except those who blindly buy.

If you look at the add they say "0 down and no payment to may". Prior to this in the add they say "0% financing on all Toyota's. Followed by cash back and free winter tires". When we went it we not offered this at all. We were offered no payments to may if we put money down and finance at high percentage. Which is completely against their own add! Plus many other falsehoods and combinations that were not at all living up to their add. It was very disappointing and shady.

Don't go there are better more honest dealerships out there.

My friend had a bad experience with this dealership. they are not giving their commitment to the customer, they try to charge the extra fees when people already sit in the dealership picking up the vehicles, $ 3000 hold for the deposit with customer never signed bill of sale. The finance manager Justin played the funny game in front, "Top sales", "Best sales" Craig left my friend alone with all kind excuse, GM Brian Schmidt never return the calls at all . Now has been over 5 months and they still keep 3k deposit . So I will not recommend any of my friend to go to this dealership to buy anything. they are the worst Toyota ever!!!

Great experience. Minaz went out of his way to pick me up at the airport and had arranged the vehicle delivery process so that I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. Will definitely be dealing with Minaz and South Pointe Toyota for my next Toyota purchase.
