I bought my first Certified Pre-Owned BMW here and am about to buy my second. I make the trek from Edgewater to Palmetto Bay for service and browsing instead of heading to Braman which is literally 3 blocks from my house! Special thanks to Xenia!! She has bent over backwards for me and I am sure she'd do the same for you!

Service department is great, they have taken care of my car with every issue I have had and never have they given me attitude or anything. Very friendly staff, sometimes hard to get a hold of the service advisor but overall it has been a great service experience. Better than braman becuase braman always to sell you something when you bring your car in.

The wait is too long AND they are way too expensive, South motors give you the highest prices for the littlest issues. An oil leak that they should have detected, wound up costing me $3000.00. Of course, I didn't do the repair with them!!!!! Thieves!!!! Everyone expects to pay for luxury, but this us way worse than highway robbery!!!

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience...

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience at this location (south motors BMW Palmetto Bay). After reading some of these reviews it seems the theme of this dealership is negligence.

We took our car to get serviced and were given a loaner car. Around 3:30pm we came back to the dealer to turn loaner in because we had not heard from them but given they closed at 4pm we assumed car would be ready or almost ready. We pulled up and told young man that we had items in the backseat..he said he d pull loaner to the side until our car was ready. We d normally sit outside and wait but given the fact that it was pouring rain we went to the inside lobby. Shortly after 4pm we realized there were almost no other customers and they had already closed up. We looked for an employee and couldn t find one. The advisor who had helped us, Tia, although very nice, never called us to let us know anything about our car. We never heard from her again after getting our loaner car.

We stepped outside and couldn t find anyone. I saw one gentleman walking in and I asked if he could assist us in locating our car and loaner car with our belongings and he didn t even stop to talk to us..he kept walking and said I m sales I don t do service Truly shocked at his rudeness we responded with there is none inside , and he said try security . The security he was referring to was a gentleman sitting in a foldout chair with nothing to identify him as security.

So, here we are at 4:30pm; our personal car is no where to be found, our loaner car gone and all employees have disappeared. Finally, an employee whom I believe was from sales that overheard the other gentleman blow us off took putty upon us and helped us. He walked through the halls with us and saw there was no one. He found one employee (Horacio), I don t even know what department he officially works in but he helped us get our personal car. He said we had to wait until Monday to get our stuff out of the loaner. Apparently they don t have supervisors, managers or senior department heads to call. We as the customer had to just..deal with their mistake.

We were ignored, spoken down to and just treated so poorly which is baffling to me considering there industry is based on helping customers. If someone, anyone, had even pretended to care a little bit and put minimum effort in to help us. If we had not spoken up we would still be sitting in that lobby.

We will be avoiding this dealership and telling all of our friends and family.

Just praying our belongings are still there Monday morning when we go to pick them up.

**Update**
I contacted Patrick Collins (Service Director) via email and he reached out to me the following day, which was a Sunday. He listened to the situation, apologized and truly cared. He even arranged for our items to be delivered to us that day. Ruth (loaner car manager) came to our house in the same loaner car we had used and dropped our stuff off. Both Patrick and Ruth really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Although it was a truly unfortunate day/situation we encountered Patrick made sure he did all he could to help make things right.

Fake service people only wants sales no incentives??? I don't know any deals ??? I got to ask every thing. WHAT ARE YOU HIDING. I want to buy a car without BS. To many car lots out there. Cars sale themselves, yes but it's the salesman that run you away.

I've been going here for year's since I've purchased my vehicle from them. But they have been letting the ball drop for a while now... Their weekend service is a joke, if you want to make sure your car gets proper level of service please make sure to go during the weekday.

Bad customer service... leased a 2016 BMW 328 and bought service contracts in case something happened to the automobile...at the end of the lease found out that only one service contract I was able to use...
The other three were only good for a few months, was never told this and it wasn't on the contract....
Their sales approach is not honest and definitely not in favor of the client

This dealership has good customer service and sales team, however, the amount of disorganization, the running around, no one knowing anything when asked is what kills all of it. Other than that it is a good place to buy your car. They do not play with the back and forth pricing. They are easy to deal with. Like I said, the craziness needs to stop and some good operations management needs to step up and make this place better in terms of Disorganization (in every department)

Horrible customer service... Took my car because of an airbag recall. I called to make an appointment for the airbag recall. I get there on the day of the appointment. I go to the help desk and I said, "I have a 9am appointment for the airbag recall". They still still ask me what am I here for and if I had an appointment. They checked me in and the ask me to wait for a service advisor. A few minutes later, they tell me the service advisor is ready for me. I go meet her and again, "What are you here for?" Wow... If I ever buy another BMW it will never be from this dealer!

Ask for Moe! I leased my first car from South Motors and could not be happier with the level of service I received. Moe took his time to answer all of my questions and went above & beyond to find me the best deal possible. Everyone I worked with through the process gave excellent customer service (appointment scheduling, finance, insurance and sales). In addition, I received quality follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you for making my first buying experience an excellent one!

A waste of time. The worse customer service experinece I have ever had.
Gabriel from sales and leasing assured me that they had the Honda CRV 2021 with both the colors and trim that I wanted.
I came from far with my family wanting to give Honda a try. I was told by Gabriel that he is booking me for a V.I.P. appointment and to ask for a Mr.Suarez when I arrive to the location that he will take care of me.
I arrived and I had a salesmen with no experinece trying to hustle me for 4 hours promising that he will help me. The guy took me to 3 car inventories saying that he has the car that I wanted. Nonsense. This was all new to me.
I called Gabriel and he was not answering my calls now because he is full of s...
I spoke with Jack who is suppose to be in charge. Obviosuly he has the wrong staff not to say all of them are not good, maybe they are but I am speaking only the facts from my experience on that day. I do not reccomend working with Gabriel period. I kept being asked how much will you pay when they never had the vehicle I asked for. I was told by a few employees that they do not know when they will get the 2021 CRVs. What an absolute insult and waste of time.

Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. Extremely dishonest! Corporate tried to intervene but South Motors would not respond to them as well. At least that is what I was told by BMW of America. Avoid the hassel and go to Braman in Downtown.
