A waste of time. The worse customer service experinece I have ever had.
Gabriel from sales and leasing assured me that they had the Honda CRV 2021 with both the colors and trim that I wanted.
I came from far with my family wanting to give Honda a try. I was told by Gabriel that he is booking me for a V.I.P. appointment and to ask for a Mr.Suarez when I arrive to the location that he will take care of me.
I arrived and I had a salesmen with no experinece trying to hustle me for 4 hours promising that he will help me. The guy took me to 3 car inventories saying that he has the car that I wanted. Nonsense. This was all new to me.

I spoke with Jack who is suppose to be in charge. Obviosuly he has the wrong staff not to say all of them are not good, maybe they are but I am speaking only the facts from my experience on that day. I do not reccomend working with Gabriel period. I kept being asked how much will you pay when they never had the vehicle I asked for. I was told by a few employees that they do not know when they will get the 2021 CRVs. What an absolute insult and waste of time.
