The centre itself is good, but if you're trying to call them by telephone, dial the number, put it on speaker phone and go cook yourself a three course dinner. Once you are ready to do the washing up, pick up your phone and they'll just be answering to speak to you. Or, OR, you could be on hold for 15 minutes only for them to then tell you via a recorded message that they are in fact closed. Same again tomorrow then?

I ve been a member here for 3+ years. Love the fitness classes. However I ve cancelled due to terrible customer service. Very easy to book classes on line, but if you need to cancel it s very frustrating. The phones take so long to answer, if at all, and there are fines if not cancelled. Website never been very good and no cancelling option on line. Swimming area is filthy, experienced when swimming lessons are on. They need to up their game. I need to add, not the staffs fault. They need to upgrade systems, particularly telephone management.

Spin classes are amazing. But the parking makes it a one star alone. People park outside of bays/at the end of bays, making it impossible to get passed let alone park a medium sized car. Such a shame. Longwell green much better for parking

Having travelled over from Wales to visit my nieces I thought I'd take them swimming, bearing in mind I'd not been to soundwell baths (KLC) for about 20 years. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I regulay use my local pool back home which despite its age is clean, fresh and looks well maintained. The same cannot be said from my experience today. Both pools were grubby. My nail was able to scratch the sides and the dirt was thick. Both pools looked worn, peeling paint/tiles, and did not smell the freshest. Showers were uber hot. The only saving grace was the changing areas were fairly clean. The staff were pleasant as well. Considering I spent a lot of my youth at KLC I left very disappointed.

What can i say this place is a good place to take the kids on a weekend my girls are 5 and 3 they love swimming. So seeing i work all week i like to take them every Sunday but for the last two weeks the baby pool has been shut due to shortage of staff this is a bit of a joke as how can they shut the baby pool for the staff shortage im pretty sure most parents are in the pool with there children anyways.

Toddler swimming lessons. Good lessons and teachers, really bad admin. Had my lessons cancelled for me (by them) which I did not request nor was i aware until i received an email stating so. I tried phoning a few times and spoke to them face to face just to be told "well you cancelled them" (why would i cancel if i still want the lessons? The payments were still coming out). Much more hassle than it's worth,at least I have managed to find a new pool that will take my 2year old on in a time slot that's suitable. Hopefully this new experience will be a good one!

The kids loved it here however I feel there lack of seating, and lack of organisation in this soft play attended several parties here and alot of the other parents have also agreed

Big lack of respect for the regular customers. You take time off, commute to facilities and will find out that the pool lines are changed as they wish and without letting you know. This means that you end up with the bad experience of trying to swim in a single line with more 9 persons on it. No refund is made of your monthly payment even though they decide to change the agreed conditions with no notice.

Very helpful staff who showed me around and gave me lots of information. I got 10 swims for the price of 12 and it's a great little pool for a daily swim

Gents toilet. Two urinals, two WCs, three handbasins but only a single hand drier.
What idiot designs these places?

Used the pool which was clean and not to hot. Communal showers and small lockers.

Good staff, great softplay, great facilities but a bit cold sometimes!

Lovely place,good atmosphere, always clean,friendly staff,kids love swimming pool,I mainly use gym,plenty machines for cardio,wish stretching room was bigger,love my own exercises, workout.

Really dirty kids pool wouldn't choose to go here again

I love this pool for my little ones, friendly receptionist s too who let me drive back home to fetch my costume without having to pay again (and without laughing at me too much!)

Nice 25m pool, and much smaller (and warmer) kids pool. Single and family changing rooms, very encouraging swimming teachers. Through the support of their staff I have gone from struggling to do one length to completing 40 lengths in an hour. Sports hall available for hire for groups playing badminton or table tennis. Soft play for kids parties. The gym space is relatively small but has a wide range of equipment and supportive staff. Some of whom are trained in makaton should you or someone you support require this. I have observed multiple interactions with people throughout the centre that show understanding. Assisting and enabling people with a wide range of support needs. This means people of all abilities are able to access good quality, safe and supportive fitness and leisure.

My kids love this swimming pool...especially because the deep end is 3.8 metres so deep diving is possible. They also have three levels of diving boards. The new showers are great.

Great swimming club but needs to improve on some of there facilities throughout the the centre

Classes are good, gym is average, pool is clean but always too busy and layout of the changing rooms mean you are showering in view of everyone and it makes me feel a little uncomfortable. Parking here is hectic, and I often end up on the road.

Good facilities with the ability to host some interesting events for kids such as indoor go-karting (the ones you have to pedal). Easy to get to and decent parking spaces. I feel they don't advertise enough and the entrance does not do them justice. Worth visiting once and see if you like it.

Clean changing facilities and pool. Friendly staff. Use the pool regularly, on my own and with my family.

A good place friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The only thing a can say bad is the gym is small in size .

Only a spectator for sons football but great to see plentiful free parking, close to pitches, easy to find

Lovely facilities and boasts lots of natural light through high windows, which is great for those used to outdoor swimming.

Busy centre. Staff are helpful and friendly. Car parking can be difficult at peak times.
