Ginza Sony Building ruins. Various beers fry at the basement fourth floor.
Bought some headphones at the international store. Good experience and comes with international warranty.
A small park in Ginza, there are various plants on the three-dimensional ground.
Although it stood as a symbol of the Sukiyabashi intersection, the site of the Ginza Sony Building, it is a rather interesting event. It is directly connected to Ginza Station, so it's easy to access.
Visited on the last day of the trip because it is the last.
A wonderfully designed architecture that works well in modern times.
Until the day we meet again, and until Sony is back.
The basement is an exhibition space, and the history of cassette tapes was on display.
interesting.
It is interesting that there are plants that you can buy and borrow.
An old building. It will be demolished in 2017 and a new building will be built.
Although it is an old-fashioned building, it is also an exhibition hall where Sony products are neatly displayed and can be directly touched.
I's a SONY exhibition where the history of Sony products can be seen was very good. Scheduled to change from 2017.
Very disappointed. Just like a big sony shop showing their products. Nothing special.
Went on the final day of the exhibition. Everything went great, and the layout worked well. It's definitely one of those exhibitions you can never catch again in all likelihood. Nothing truly blew my mind, and I'm not sure how interesting the public opening will be now that the exhibition has closed.
Sukapara: 30 years of collaboration and history of songs! It looks like a simple space, but if you wear headphones, it changes to a music forest ~
Limited to 2019/9/29
The pilgrimage site of Sony fans, but it is actually a big store. If you really like Sony, you will get a lot of fun, if not, then forget it. Give people a sense of space in black technology? Sorry, there is no.
I saw the Sony exhibition because it will soon be gone. Was good.
A dungeon park! Various elaborate events are arranged in a structure that travels from the ground to the 4th floor. When I visited in October 2019, it featured Ghost Busters and held an event to connect three-dimensional rosary titles of Sony Pictures. Summer outdoor aquarium is also fun. I am looking forward to it.
It will be closed in March 2017 and demolition will begin in April. The Sony store has now moved to a different location.
The new Sony Building will open in 2020.
I think it is a very good park.
Even though I was in the city of Ginza, I was planting a variety of plants, so I thought I could feel nature.
I enjoyed it because I was doing something like an underground event space.
This place is a must visit for tourists it has every product you can think of and the best of all is that you can test and try them out to your hearts content as they even encourage you to play with them.
Car show and electronic items with great city views.
The dismantling has finally begun.
Also, one old Ginza disappeared.
Needless to say, Sony's showroom. If you want to touch Sony's new product quickly, you should go here. The MoMA shop has recently opened, and the highlights have increased.
I came across it while walking in the area, it is simply a small park among the skyscrapers
There are many kinds of events, interesting different space
Not only is it disappointing in terms of prices, but they have fewer products than in any mediamarkt in Spain. I wanted to buy a DualShock 4 white and they had no stock and the price was only 8 less than in Spain. And some headphones that were worth 16 to change and Amazon cost 10. Buying technology in Japan is mission impossible.
Ginza Sony Park has exhibition spaces on its bottom floors. For March 2019, they have the Tokyo Art Book Fair which features a lot of indie artists.
Exhibits change every month but the one thing you should visit is the craft beer cafe at B1. I recommend the Jazzberry craft beer, slightly tart and not that strong. They offer six core taps and 10 or more rotating or seasonal types.
The Sony Building was temporarily closed at the end of March 2017, and the ground part was demolished. It is open as a park until the fall of 2020.
The Sony Building was a longing for the baby boomer's youth and was a symbol of Japanese manufacturing. The building was completed only 20 years after Sony's founding (1946) and only 11 years after the launch of transistor radio. It s exactly the growth of rage.
The ground part has been removed, but the basement remains as a skeleton and the structure is well understood. Since it used to be a place where it used to be the sea, it is lifted by the buoyancy of groundwater when the top disappears.
At the beginning of the opening, the sewage pipe was difficult and hard. The basement was still temporarily open,
An experimental PJ using the site of the Sony building for a limited time from August 2018 to the fall of 2020. Under the theme of the ever-changing park, this is a three-dimensional park that uses the basement, and exhibits, events and shops related to the Sony brand. In such a great place, Sony is fat.
It was the story of a child who liked the sounding stairs of Sony Building, and when I visited my mother and Sony Building, it was now a park like a sophisticated botanical garden. Plant hunters can bring in huge plants lined up from various countries. Best part. It seems that there is also a voice guide.
Surrounded by green, there is a feeling of openness and you want to breathe deeply and freely. The chair in front of the cafe looks soft and soft. It can be refreshed.
Free and interesting, to visit if the Ginza area is being known. On the ground floor there is a very good aquarium.
Had some fun with melodic steps. Walls had funny drawings, plans of future park. Interesting music instruments in Sony Optus room. Otherwise, expected to see more of Sony products, like Playstation:(
A place to try and buy Sony products.
Feel free to touch and enjoy.
A good place to reach a variety of people such as shoppers, tourists, office workers as event space! The events being performed are also stylish and stylish and there are a lot of built-in things, making it a thing that does not let you get tired of things you see
Are the selection criteria firm?
In this exhibition, the aquarium was brought to Ginza, but a series of large-scale aquariums that swim in the Kana air, which is a concept, was installed, and various tropical fish colored the city of Ginza in the evening with various colors. The light from the Ginza six on the other side was visible in the background of the fish because it was a clear tank on the entire surface that deserves special mention, and the fish was brightened.
An ordinary neon looks like an eye-catching illumination
I hope you will keep entertaining at various events in the future.
For a Sony fan an absolute must. Still feeling sad that the building is gone, however you can still see the basement, it is an interesting place to visit.
Sony building in centra Ginza has multiple floors of exhibition spaces. When I visited in October they were running a celebration of the Ghostbusters movie with multiple screens highlighting other Sony Pictures films, original ghostbusters props, and a VR ghostbusters training area (must book in advance). There is also a small shop for souvenirs, a bar with live music on Fridays, and a space where they demonstrate sony products like Aibo to the robotic dog!
It s great to meet Sony s history show, connecting history and the future. It is the pride of Japan to have such an industry.
2017.03
I have a wonderful exhibition.
A place of memories that I often dropped in on my way home. Thank you until now!
There are some free events every month so you can enjoy it.
Free and you can see the whole history of technology in addition to the new things they are inventing. In my case, they let us go upstairs at the top, where they put us a concert in a room ... amazing!
When going by feeling going to a commercial facility, I feel unsatisfactory to the smallness of each shop,
As it is the name of the park it is better to go by the image that there is a stall in one corner of the park.
The lack of motivation in a good meaning of late period limitation is fresh in the reverse, it has become a place nothing else.
Roller skating can be enjoyed for free for a limited time. But the time per person is very short.
Sony's showroom is just that, a product display. There is no futuristic technology showcased here. Interesting if you like disturbingly high resolution televisions or are an audiophile.
Just a fancy outlet store. It shows neither fancy future stuff or historical classics. They had a few banners for the 20th anniversary of PlayStation but somehow forgot to show the original PlayStation. Only an idiot makes a birthday party without the birthday child.
It was beautiful. I stop by occasionally because I'm doing an event. Location is crowded.
The place of memories of those who survived the Showa era at the cutting edge is a place of green relaxation for a while now.
SONYBld got indebted carelessly from junior high school to date, finally there was no chance for a duck, at a restaurant in B4 ... with beer
All Sony products are on display for purchase reference
Sony building which is one of the historic buildings in Ginza. In addition to the 70th anniversary of the foundation, the first project of a large-scale project "Ginza Sony Park" to renew the Sony building in 2016, which is the 50th year since the opening of the Sony Building. This first form is very precious because it is only two years from 2018 to 2020. It is said to be a vertical three-dimensional park composed of a flat ground part and 4 underground layers. Since trees can also be purchased, the concept that the facial expression of the park changes every time is also wonderful. Burn and park were made in the corner lined by the building, many green were planted, it seemed like a different space there only somehow.
I just met the Okinawa activity of Sony. The deep sea. The tropical fish is really amazing.
