Ginza Sony Park has exhibition spaces on its bottom floors. For March 2019, they have the Tokyo Art Book Fair which features a lot of indie artists.

Exhibits change every month but the one thing you should visit is the craft beer cafe at B1. I recommend the Jazzberry craft beer, slightly tart and not that strong. They offer six core taps and 10 or more rotating or seasonal types.
