Went here for the VR experience which lasted for 5 mins. Ended up staying for 1 hour. The 5th and 6th floors are for the new concept products. They might not be practical yet but they are surely interesting. The decoration of the elevator is very Sony. Don't miss the art shop.

Always try to visit when I am in the area and have time since the displays rotate. The pictures I uploaded were of Sony product's over there history just before they closed for renovations. Made me feel very old as I grew up with a large portion of the items displayed.

Just a big and expensive Sony shop. The same building has Nissan showroom - that one quite impressive!

This is a Sony store with the only directly operated showroom in Japan. Cameras, music, video, etc. are beautifully displayed in each field.

Very strange company. They are Sony headquarter in Japan. But they said they can not repair sony camera which is not bought in Japan. I bought my sony camera from Singapore and had a problem with it when traveling to Japan. I come to this place with hope they can repair or at least check the problem. But they just said they don t do repair for products bought from outside Japan. Very weird company.

Nissan showroom on the 1st floor. I don't think there are as many product exhibits as before because of the hire. However, I went to the product corner where I had already decided and made a reservation. The staff spoke to me there, and while listening to various things, I moved on to the reservation procedure and it was completed successfully. Arrival is around the end of this month. By the way, it belonged to my daughter. Since I was registered, the procedure went smoothly after that, and I left the showroom quickly.

The original multiatoreyed Sony building got moved to a small space in another building. A very disappointing unimpressive second visit.

The Sony building has several floors. Share space with Nissan and a coffee shop. At the Nissan plant you can order a coffee with your photo that is very cool. We had the opportunity to meet the robot dog Aibo that interacts with you in Japanese.

If you haven't seen Sony's latest robot "Aibo" live, definitely give this showroom a visit. Besides Aibo, lots of other Sony products are on display which are also all available for sale. Downstairs of the building you have Nissan Crossing, so you can easily combine both. Highest floor of this building has a fancy coffee shop. Suggested plan: Nissan + Sony + Coffee.

Sony Vietnam organized the event unprofessionally from check-in to luckey draw steps. This is the gift that Sony gave for members taking part in event of experiencing Sony Alpha III Camera in Hanoi on Apirl 15th 2018 - a rubber bracelet. The Sony Corporation is very big, the event seemed to be very monumental but the gifts are very poor. This show a big disregard for Hanoi Consumers in particular and Vietnamese consumers in general. Shame on Sony - a destitute company !
