Frustrating. It took 2+ hours after updating to Sonos 2 for it to find my speaker. * Update, 1 speaker just disappeared, again. I bought these Sonos speakers at Costco. I am in luck, Costco accepts returns, without a box, 100% money back. Thank you Costco!
I've been a loyal Sonos promoter / brand evangelist for a long time. I've invested thousands of $ of Sonos equipt that will soon be headed for the trash can due to org leadership decisions.
I would never have invested big $ in Sonos if I had any idea what their organizational values where.
Lots of Sonos users feeling betrayed by company leadership/ values.
I will not ever invest another $ in Sonos.
We have been faithful Sonos customers until recently. We have had issues with some products and the customer care team is quick to answer and just as quick to ghost the issues, there is four open cases they have asked us if are resolved. I would hope they can answer that question themselves. We have had as many as 21 Sonos products at a time and were thrilled until the past year of poor service once Sonos gave up on support for some older product they offered. I am afraid our thousands of dollars invested will be obsolete shortly.
