The worst. Had to pay $5 per month for caller ID (why is this basic service not included in the monthly plan even). Was not informed of a one time activation charge of $10.70. Dishonest company trying to cheat money off customers.

My family had been starhub customers since 2010, subscribing to cable TV, cable internet and 3 mobile lines. For the past 1 year, starhub is unable to resolve the issue with my cable TV which I am unable to view channel 5 and intermittent disconnection of the internet. It is very annoying that the customer service has been using the same method to resolve the problem and is obvious it not working. Goodbye Starhub, I will be cancelling all the plans with you in due time which I had just cancelled my cable TV.

Transparency is part of Starhub s stated point of difference compared to disreputable cable companies. However, Starhub is not transparent and does not provide customer-focused care. My advice, shop elsewhere.

It's a short distance walk from the MRT station but no shelter and have to walk thru a dusty car park.
It is very far from the subway station but it is necessary to take the uncovered road and the dirt stop.

This is Starhub's corporate offices, don't expect any sales office where you can purchase their services. The building has a public access air-conditioned food court that is popular with the lunch crowd and food stalls close by 4pm on weekdays.

Starhub is one of the high rated telecom provider but when on connection ...the tower problem is an major issue . Idk why still then don't consider this ....here customers can ask queries about their products ...they not only provide telecom .also various dept ...do check at ubi starhub office for more details

I'm not sure it's just my luck or it's just StarHub has a terrible customer service. The phone helpline CSO don't seems to live up to basic customer service standards. I've had on several occasions been given the wrong information which lead to time wasted. And they don't keep to their promises of returning calls. Of late their fibre broadband has intermittent issues. They need to get act together before going into the clean energy business.
