We have been faithful Sonos customers until recently. We have had issues with some products and the customer care team is quick to answer and just as quick to ghost the issues, there is four open cases they have asked us if are resolved. I would hope they can answer that question themselves. We have had as many as 21 Sonos products at a time and were thrilled until the past year of poor service once Sonos gave up on support for some older product they offered. I am afraid our thousands of dollars invested will be obsolete shortly.
