As Sonos customers for about 4 months now, my husband and I are sorely disappointed with your speakers and your customer service. We have had issues with our Sonos speakers skipping music ever since the day we plugged them in. We have sent in a great amount of diagnostics and have been in contact with your technical support for about 4 months. Only yesterday were we elevated to Level 2. And now you are only going to HAVE A LEVEL 2 TECH CALL AND WALK US THROUGH DIAGNOSING THIS SAME ISSUE WE HVE HAD WITH YOUR SPEAKERS SINCE THE BEGINNING?????? What kind of customer service is this? Daily we deal with songs skipping on each of our speakers. Our kids wonder what happened to the Disney song they were singing along too. Friends who have come over laugh at our Sonos speakers because the music skips so constantly. We attempted to play music through our Sonos speakers during our holiday party and the vibe almost died because our Sonos speakers had so many issues playing music. I am beginning to wonder if these Sonos speakers just belong in the waste bin. At this point, there is no way that I can recommend Sonos to anyone!
