Great service and friendly staff. Pizza ready in good time and good updates from the team.

Ordered at 8.30pm and by 10pm it still hadn t arrived. We gave them benefit of the doubt due to covid and less staff but it was an hour and a half. Contacted and were told it had been delivered despite no one ringing the doorbell.

The guy on the phone said he couldn t get hold of the driver so he offered to remake the order...only he had no drivers. Which is not much help. Asked for a refund and given a number to call. Called that and referred to the website. Went there and referred back to the store. Was begrudgingly given a refund.

Ordered from domino s and it took 20 mins between ordering and delivery. Lesson learned I guess! Avoid!!!!

Ordered pizza at 7:00 pm. Not Beene slivered by 8:00 o clock - called the branch, said on the way. Waited until 9:00 clock - still not delivered, advised to call the customer service for full refund and they will deliver by 9:30.

A week on they didn t refund the money (they lied) when enquiring with the customer service they said - no full refund as we accepted the pizza at 9:30!
Felt deceived as thought they were trying to make a customer happy, i feel now deceived and feeling that I shouldn t trust their promise of refund! Never ever order again from Pizza Hut! So unreliable!

Very bad experience ordered veggie supreme and got it home to realise they had made it with meat and all this after confirming with the guy if it was veggie supreme before leaving the store. Took it back for a refund but the guy wouldn't give me a cash refund so had to go back to fetch my card. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the staff.

I as order online today.i was order normal pepsi(payd sugar tax),but comes pepsi max :/ my nachos taste like bad.no nachos just sauce and some chesse,and this is bad for 3.99.The delivery guy not say sorry and anithing for the wrong drink.i m not happy today for my orders :/

Cancelled my ordered when they phoned me and said they needed my card number over the phone or wouldn t deliver my pizza.

Awful service. Rude staff. Forgot my order and said they will have to deliver tomorrow. No apology and acted as if they were not in wrong. Hung up the phone and wouldn't answer back. I've paid for an order I did not receive

Order not arrived. Appalling service complaint going in to just eat.

Really disappointed to receive cold food. Even more disappointed by the fact that the delivery guy never even looked at or checked the cash I gave him, he just shoved it in his jeans pocket. As he gave me the cold food, and walked away, I said keep the change , which gained no reaction from him at all.

I hope no one else spends their hard earned cash on cold food and has to experience a thoroughly rude delivery guy who doesn t even check cash and give the change owed. Shame on you Pizza Hut!

The pizza is standard Pizza Hut stuff, which is fine. The service here is awful. Always slow, always terrible on the phone. The last time I used them, they failed to deliver my drink and when I phoned to complain, the supervisor hung up and refused to answer the phone. Needless to say, I haven't been back. Really don't bother, try elsewhere.

Terrible experience ordered pizza at 6.30pm delivery finally turned up at 8.10pm when it did turn up I was missing chicken wings and was missing a large pizza phoned up to complain took about 20 mins for someone to answer phone when someone finally answered they were not interested in helping with my complaint, stay well away I will not be using them again

Not sure why they have such bad reviews I've been ordering from them for ages and they always turn up earlier than they say, it's hot and taste amazing. If you're complaining about prices get a deal.

Too bad, I went to collect at UBER EATS but the signal point is 1.3 miles before Pizza Hut. When i open the map to navigate i have to return to 1.3 mile signal pointe to start the journey. Thank you.

Made order online for delivery and paid using bank card.
Come out of website. Went back on website to check progress and said that store is no longer taking online deliveries. Called store and had no order from myself. Checked bank account and money has left account. Called customer services and was no help whatsoever. Requested a call back from manager but nobody called. This happened last Thursday and money still not returned to account. All I wanted was pizza for a birthday party and paid for it but received no pizza.

Gave me incorrect order. Management were rude, lie to my face and argued that they were correct despite clear evidence from the Pizza Hut website showing that they were wrong. The manager actually claimed that their website is irrelevant to them, despite the order being made on.. the website.

Thankfully, Pizza Hut customer support number identified the wrong doings and agreed with me (because I had literal proof) and are now trying to correct this.

Ordered a pizza which did not turn up from Bradley stoke Pizza Hut, have contacted the shop the next day to find out what has happened the and was told to contact customer service who I ve rung multiple times with no answer. Still haven t got my money back or been told what has happened, disgusting service.

Ordered online to save time. When I collected I found better deals in store ie buy one get one free. I felt at 15 quid for one pepp pizza was a rip off.

Bought 2 pizzas. Arrived home. Very undercooked. Will not return.

The pizza came quick. But. What let it down was the pizza was cut so badly it looked like a demented monkey with no hands ir feet tried cutting it with his mouth or the people with off the heads on LSD.

Ordered a few pizzas today on the phone to an employee who just didn't seem to care about my order. I ordered 3 pizzas and he charged me for 4, which was vetv hard to explain to him. Then he got my card details wrong 3 times in a row. Then when I finally got my order correct my three pizzas arrived
....except one of them was just an empty box with no pizza in it. I was 15 minutes on the phone for a rather simple order of 3 pizzas.

I got my refund back for one of the accidental pizzas but I won't be ordering here again

EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM BRADLEY STOKE PIZZA HUT DELIVERY THERE FORGET SOMETHING AND WE HAVE TO WAIT ON IT TO COME LATER AND ALL YOU GET IS WE SORRY

An hour late, missing garlic bread and they put pineapple on one pizza...basically trashed half my order.

There was a mix up with our order but the delivery driver Colston was super helpful and apologetic, very grateful for his patience and understanding. The pizza was delish too! :)

Lied about attempting a delivery to my hotel which is less than a mile down the road even had the audacity to say reception said I'm not staying there. I asked reception and they said no delivery was attempted. I placed the order before 3pm for 5pm delivery. I called at 5:30 to find out where my order was and j was told it had been returned by the driver as he couldn't find me. He then told me I had to drive to the store as there was too much traffic for his driver to redeliver. It would take another hour for my delivery. At this point the order was already 40 minutes late. My number was clearly on the order. I had no missed calls. When I asked for a cancellation the manager lied that it was not possible in store and that I have to call customer services. I called him up on his lie saying the card payment system should always have a supervisor override for refunds. I had to drive to the store to get my card payment refunded. It took me 8 minutes to get there. I attached a photo of my odometer (on the same road that it would have taken his driver an hour) THIS DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ORDERING FOOD TO BE DELIVERED!

OH, AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A TILL RECEIPT. ALL HE GAVE ME WAS THE CARD RECEIPT!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Unable to fulfill our order after we had paid, didn't offer refund/alternative for the difference. Order was only luke warm. Order was also missing other items such as bottled drinks and ice cream. Will avoid in future.

Absolutely teribble, shocked to had that experience with that.
Nothing dip on side.
Inexperienced staff, pizza slice is horrible.
Uncooked with loads of tomato base and too much cheese top of them.
