Lied about attempting a delivery to my hotel which is less than a mile down the road even had the audacity to say reception said I'm not staying there. I asked reception and they said no delivery was attempted. I placed the order before 3pm for 5pm delivery. I called at 5:30 to find out where my order was and j was told it had been returned by the driver as he couldn't find me. He then told me I had to drive to the store as there was too much traffic for his driver to redeliver. It would take another hour for my delivery. At this point the order was already 40 minutes late. My number was clearly on the order. I had no missed calls. When I asked for a cancellation the manager lied that it was not possible in store and that I have to call customer services. I called him up on his lie saying the card payment system should always have a supervisor override for refunds. I had to drive to the store to get my card payment refunded. It took me 8 minutes to get there. I attached a photo of my odometer (on the same road that it would have taken his driver an hour) THIS DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ORDERING FOOD TO BE DELIVERED!

OH, AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A TILL RECEIPT. ALL HE GAVE ME WAS THE CARD RECEIPT!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
