Update: After leaving the previous review, they contacted me which was nice to finally have some questions answered. So they get an additional star for that. That being said, I was treated as though there was not ever an issue, saying that on their end everything looked good. Conveniently though, from that day on my issue was resolved... So they get another star for finally resolving my issue, but they did so in a way that was almost sneaky and belittling.

WORST customer service ever. Never do what they say they are going to. Products do not work as advertised. Horrible wait times, hard to reach, and have had support tickets just deleted without answers. Not to mention the constant issues we have at random times during the day that make it hard to do our jobs.

We've been working with solution reach for a few years now and had switched because of the features they offered at a lower price. We have since been calling on many occasions because of coding problems. They are always nice about it and the staff feels genuine when trying to get things up and running again but I shouldn't have these problems to begin with. Patients have complained about never getting notifications of jobs, and some of them are able to schedule in times marked unavailable. At this point it's done nothing but make us look bad and I shouldn't have to spend my time apologizing so often to patients because we can't seem to get it right? Not fair in my opinion. I finally decide to research other companies and now that we are ready to switch to a more recommended option with our EHR system. We are told that in order to do so we have to pay out of our contract? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Not only are they NEVER going to get it right with "syncing" with our system. They are also going to FORCE you to continue using them! We've ended up with patients coming in at wrong times, and a few of them have even YELPED us about it. Thanks for your help Solution Reach in making us look bad. Mostly, thanks for telling us we are stuck having to continue paying you for it as well.

I would agree, this company is a rip of artist.
We signed a contract with them in 2017 paying $350 for text message appointment reminder. They kept on automatically renewing our contract. On January 01 the doctor passed away and since then we have closed the practice but after calling them in February to close our account we have been getting the run around. I would call, their non helpful help desk would assure they will look into it and create a ticket which magically at night with out resolution would close and our credit card next month gets charged. Finally we were left to dispute the charges and their response we never received a cancellation notice. They will not leave you ever after you die. SCAM artist scum utter scum...

Very difficult to get rid of them! No respect for cancellation requests. They hold you to your contract which they renew automatically, even if you request to suspend prior to renewal. They retain subscribers with shady business practices and fine print, rather than innovation and value.

We have been trying to get a refund for money automatically withdrawn from our account. It is as if Solutionreach Inc has fallen off the earth. No response no effort. We are so glad we did not move forward with this company. Very sorry for the quality of care they offer. BEWARE....

Terrible customer support. I lost thousands of dollars in production on my schedule. The system appeared to be sending out messages even individual communications. They were showing up as delivered on my end but patients were not receiving them. I have been trying to cancel for 2 weeks and am always told I will receive a call back. Still waiting for that call

Quality has definitely declined. We have been with solution reach for years but we will not be renewing. We have 2 office running 2 different practice management software and the same problems at both. Patients aren't getting reminders, if a patient reschedules it give them their old appointment time. Sometimes it sends the completely wrong time. They have remoted in multiple times to fix the problem but it still keeps happening.

I recently got some help from Ben at solutionreach. He was so fantastic and helpful! He took the time I needed, explained things clearly, and answered all my questions! It's so great to work with solutionreach because they're so willing and to answer questions and help figure out the best way to do something!

I recommend Solution Reach solely based on their previous ability to perform a great service for an automated reminder solution. Although, I will say, in the past several weeks the customer service and performance has been lacking. I would hope that this is only temporary and will be fixed and result with a better service overall.

Stay away from these crooks. By far by far the worst company. If you own a medical clinic and are looking for appointment reminder service this company is not the one to choose. We were tricked into signing a 12 month contract which then turns out to be 18 months. With too many hidden fees. Their customer service is non existent. I had to call them 10 times to cancel and always the same run around someone will call you back. Then I figured best course was email atleast I have documentation of our communication. There are other options THESE CROOKS are not worth it... thanks.
