We've been working with solution reach for a few years now and had switched because of the features they offered at a lower price. We have since been calling on many occasions because of coding problems. They are always nice about it and the staff feels genuine when trying to get things up and running again but I shouldn't have these problems to begin with. Patients have complained about never getting notifications of jobs, and some of them are able to schedule in times marked unavailable. At this point it's done nothing but make us look bad and I shouldn't have to spend my time apologizing so often to patients because we can't seem to get it right? Not fair in my opinion. I finally decide to research other companies and now that we are ready to switch to a more recommended option with our EHR system. We are told that in order to do so we have to pay out of our contract? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Not only are they NEVER going to get it right with "syncing" with our system. They are also going to FORCE you to continue using them! We've ended up with patients coming in at wrong times, and a few of them have even YELPED us about it. Thanks for your help Solution Reach in making us look bad. Mostly, thanks for telling us we are stuck having to continue paying you for it as well.
