Throughout my experience working at SOLTECH I have found a very collaborative environment. Most of the people that work here are very friendly and hands down just very good people--this includes other upper management leaders. This is achieved because the company makes a conscious effort to hire for fit and culture.

If you work here, you will get the opportunity to work on multiple projects which will help you improve your various skills; and that is one thing I have enjoyed at SOLTECH. I personally also love the ability to interact directly with multiple clients which is one thing I do on a daily basis.

Overall, SOLTECH fosters a positive environment and culture; and I would gladly recommend it to people looking to work in consulting.

The Crisis Center worked with SOLTECH on a project to enhance security and the protection of our data. The communication and professionalism of the team from start to finish was outstanding. The project went smoothly and even came under budget. Great company to work with.

I love the opportunity to grow. Growth is endless here and SOLTECH is always encouraging me to do more and be better. The owners are happy to keep me where I am if they feel I m content with my current role, but if I want to grow, they are always encouraging me to grow.

The culture is very collaborative. I like to say that we are a circus of personalities. It s a lot of fun. There is a lot of very smart, very fun and really interesting, unique and well-rounded people here, and everyone just wants to work hard, play hard.

I ve had a chance to work on a very diverse set of projects, some of the most unique opportunities have been working with small business to launch applications or websites that without us, they would have not had the opportunity to build. And these applications have allowed them to launch their business into the industry. It s been a very humbling experience.

I love how fun and helpful my co-workers are. We are a unit and a team, and if someone is struggling everyone is going to step in to help that person up. We face a lot of tasks that we often tackle as a team and no man is left behind.

Good work culture and work life balance. Good place to learn new technology as you will be involving in different projects which requires different skills set or knowledge. Overall SOLTECH is a great company to work for.
