I was told this place for nurses or cnas to come to. Plus my co worker said they were very nice and good to her.

California is the best state. Texas ain't got nothing on us.

Was thinking about moving here. I am thinking again to move some where else. This place seems slow. And not care about people and there life. Seem like there are a lot of white people. Most of them are lazy that why know thing is in order and people are paying more for there mistake. NOT COOL this place seems and let act like I like you and make you homeless.

Please can you guys try to understand people frustration, when I send fax on the 16th. But your answer is sorry ma'am we are doing the 19 th we don't get there yet. What that suppose to mean. Is so confusing..... And the waiting time takes hours.

Wow, somebody actually answered and it only took 40 minutes. Unfortunately, that person couldn't answer my question regarding the status of my request so he's transfering me to somebody who could help me. It has been almost an hour.

I lived in Eastern Europe during communism and this place takes the cake for incompetence and total disregard for people. They do not care, they do not answer phones, they do not answer emails, they intentionally ignore and avoid questions. It's unbelievable and cannot be put into words what a circus this is. Please stop toying with people's careers and livelihood. Clean up your operations in Laboratory Field Services and everywhere else. Provide a service for which you are charging so much money for.

This state is one of the best. Even know she has her problems right now, I wouldn't trade living here for anything. Once our state gets back on the right track we'll be sitting pretty.

They've lost their credibility with me. These are the people who showed us somebody smoking, while their smoke wound it's way outside, across some distance, back inside a different place to be inhaled by a baby. Please. It makes me doubt the veracity of any claims they make. I don't smoke and I don't vape, but I resent my tax dollars being used to lie to people who are too simple-minded to question anything.

Born here, raised here, went away to other states and countries and returned here. Parts of the state are better than others. (Its a big place you know.) California state sells furniture on-line? I know there are auctions, but I thought you had to attend in person.

I feel worried where to contract ca.department.of public.health..I want to inform.the office.that I didint received my CNA certificate. Since I took my e xam April 21.2017. I'm calling the office.thousand.times..i emailed several times. I try to fax my conerned.but still..the line are so busy..i don't know.what the next things to do...

Can someone please, attend to their jobs there. Why isn't there at least one person. In their department doing their jobs ? People concerns should be getting answer immediately. But some how it's an delay? Especially at 8am as soon as they open ? I mean like is there no one in that's office working ? I've emailed you guys and nothing was helpful about that. Poor services...

I was mailed a phlebotomy renewal application in November 2017 stating my license would expire Feb 2018. I completed the 6 hour course required, completed the renewal app and mailed it in just as there instructions indicated along with my check for $100. December 12, 2017. My check was cashed by Ca State Treasurer Ca Dept of Public Health Dec 19, 2017. As my expiration date got close I started inquiring so I would be able to continue working. Calls, emails never even acknowledged. Expiration date arrived and still nothing. I was forced to try and re-apply online. But I had to pay another $100 by credit card. Renewal happened but I have never received my license in the mail as indicated I would not a refund for $100 double paid. Plus never a phone call or email answered.

Took my cna exam April of 2019 and have been having trouble getting certified. They tell me first that never processed my application even though I passed the test then months later I have to call to ask why it s been 3 months and I have not gotten my certificate. They claim to have not lost my livescan but the ATI number on it. How do you loose a printed number in a document? After faxing my copy of the livescan, I am only told that they never received it. This is ridiculous now I have to wait another month for them to do the job they were suppose to do months ago. I do not know if they are backed up or irresponsible with documents but I cannot even work because of this. Very frustrating for a government building. At this point it feels like they are even going their own jobs. Get it together

I have mailed, faxed, and sent my renewal paperwork vua UPS with tracking and they still say they haven't received it. I even faxed from the FEDEX office and even though the transmission was successful they still say they have not received it. My paperwork was picked up by "Perez" but they still say they haven't received it.
I'm now out of work for going on 3 months and even though I have all proof needed they still say that it hasn't been received. How is this legal or fair?

I have been trying to get a Birth Certificate for the last 2 months. Each time I send the form in something is wrong and they return it back to me. Of course you have to send in a check for first time of $25.00 dollars and then $23.00 each time after (and of course they cash the check). I am now up to $109.00 with no money being returned to me. The last one they sent back was correct but they said it was wrong and sent it back. When you hire people that do not know what they are doing this is what you get. I should be reimbursed all of my money for the time and grief this has caused me.
