Need more nice staff on reception and they should accept more walk ins. When kids are sic and girls are telling come tomorrow, that s not answer from Dr. Ba ath s clinic .

Zero star I would give them all doctors and staff......they r doing experiment there.... really rude doctor and staff as everyone gave same reviews...I took my wife nd 11 months old daughter...as yesterday my was in Emergency at ATC Brampton civic hospital...they told us ,go to ur family doctor and ask for scan Like M R I....as I came to here many times but problem is still there...I told him to recommend for M R I....he was not listening at all ,got angry & rude....say very bad words,,I don't wanna write here those bad things...please my request to everyone ,don't choose ......Save urself...thanks

Unprofessional staff. They don't know how to talk to people. Every time I go to this "walk in clinic" they are always booked yet they have the biggest walk in clinic sign outside. When I call them they don't pick up, they have done this multiple times. I walked in 5 mins after they opened up and I was told they were booked for the entire day. When I wanted to make an appointment for sometime down the week they said they were booked for the entire week.

Dr. Baath - are you not checking your clinic reviews ?
your patients are not happy with your front desk employees .
Some of your patients have been coming since you opened the clinic but from last couple years they are very upset and helpless because of your staff. These girls are very rude and unprofessional . They talks very loudly to seniors and put their phone on hold for ever .Also they do partiality in scheduling appointments. You should replace them ASAP.

Please take action on it, otherwise we will complaint to CPSO about this .

The secretaries have a random method of "scheduling" appointments - if they know you, they'll put you on the "list for the day". However, if you are not known to them, they'll simply tell you "the list is full for the day". It is unethical and unfair to patients. Moreover, I am surprised no one has made complaints against the physicians there. They are awful, especially Dr. Vanvat. He has no bedside manner - I don't even think he looks at the patient once. It's truly a business there and I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Just go to another walk-in!!

Dr. Vanvat is the best doctor ever. He is so professional, respectful, very knowledgable, and listens to you thoroughly.

They said we dont accept new patients this is really ridiculous

The'll give u an appointment but make u wait for 1.30 hr... unfreindly staff and doctors.. u'll come back disappointed.

This Clinic was good 2 years ago, my nice family dr left and many good staff left. these days i have very bad experience for my blood work with few new staff.

Say its a walk in clinic. It isn't any time you go they aren't accepting 'new' patients and tell you to come back. When you go back they aren't taking any more walk in patients. This place is a joke and shouldn't be listed as a walk in clinic.

Sent me to a specialist and then they don't notify me about the results. Even if they were fine I'd like a damn response of some sort. Very unprofessional.

Always busy and one doctor insulted me by suggesting my problem was not real.

So unprofessional.dr takes forever to sign prescriptions. I have to call them soo many times order to get my prescription done . All you hear from them is sorry I wasn t working yesterday. Ask your pharmacy to send us again. Really . Communication between staff is worse . There is one receptionist every time I saw her shes over the phone and talking about what she s gonna cook . She will not book your appointment over the phone but she will book for the people she knows. I confronted her soo many times but she s doesn t get it . And some dr doesn t even listen you proper , they will be like so what happen to you now really . AM JUST GONNA SEE ONE MORE TIME OTHERWISE GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DR TO COLLAGE OF PHYSICIANS.
Plz search for there star rating before u go there . My mom end up changing her dr cz dr never treated them well . Thx for the new clinic dr.

Staff so much rude, one of the girl always picking up the call asking we don't have any appointment today, she's reacting like as working at mobile phone customer service centre, ever asking i am getting too many calls so please hold, are we free to call this doctor 15 times ?

My experience with this Medical Center was very bad. The staff is horrible. They don't know how to talk with the patient. They are very rude.There is no system. Staff members allow to meet Doctor at their own wish like they prefer their relatives, Friends or who do gossiping with them to go first. Doctors also are not knowledgeable. They always remain in hurry and interested only to swipe your cards. One day, I need prescription refill for my high BP, they don't allow me to meet the Doctors.

Don't go here. Receptionist has issues and won't be going back

Very unprofessional staff. Dont waste your time going there. Even if you have an appointment there still be 10 to 12 patients before you for some reason.

I don't want to say much about this clinic but the staff members are very rude. They think themselves not less than Chief Medical Officer. Doctors are also unprofessional. I think Government should take review of their performance and should take feedback from community because life of community is at their risky hand. If one think to go to Hospital, there is also huge rush.

Even when I made appointments I still had to wait with everyone who walked in. The doctor was rushed. Receptionists are rude. Did not send my prescription over to the pharmacy after my visit.

Very bad clinic.... they should remove their board saying walk in because they don t take any walk in. Especially the receptionists are very rude. They will not give any proper information and answers. It s a holiday place for them not a work place.... Really very bad attitude.

This walk-in clinic is hardly a walk in. If you don t know the receptionists personally, I hope you enjoy sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. The receptionists put their friends and and families before your booked appointment and will make you wait way beyond what you first intended. There is minimal professional- it s as if they don t want to be there and serving you is loathsome. The only way to get proper service is to stand up to them and even then they ll gossip about you (loudly). I m not sure how much they make but with attitudes like that, they shouldn t be working at all. I d recommend going to another place.

I dont know why u guys are lying about this great clinic , the always helped my family with anything i needed ,consultation s or referral s. All you have to do is call around 11:30 am to book ur appointment cause they are so booked u got to call atleast a day ahead and Dr Vanvat is one of the most helpful,caring,respectful and professional doctor at this facility.

Worst ever..... this is not a doctor office but a business to run patients through the system for our tax $. They create huge waits for no reason other than to fully jam the day queue.

We called in and they said that there is no one and we should come. It took me about 3 minutes to get there... and when I got there, they wanted me to wait 2 hours now because they were doing me a favour of scheduling me in. How much more unethical can you be? If you have schedule full of appointments, why are you asking people to come to walk-in?

Its is very bad experience this time. I delivered baby and had stitches and my baby girl have jaundice. I called doctor for appointment for check up they didn't give me . They didn't see us in critical situations. M very worried who should I go to ?

Nonsense staff, the girl ever picks up phone to book appointment don't even have sense of talking, so much rude, I don't know who hired her, they took all their fake attitide from india, that's why white people hates brown, just because these kind of people

Most place to visit , guess what you will never able to make an appointment with your family dr even if you have appointment been told to wait for 30-45 min. I wish we can report this place somehow and it should be closed

Dr. Vanvat does not care about you, he is all about swiping the health card...even if you ask him to write you a test, he will write the wrong one because thats how much he does not care :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are overwhelmed and the clinic is managed horribly. Too many patients and not enough time. They just seem like they just don't care.

Very unprofessional staff, very rude. Please ladies and gentlemen don't waste your time going to this clinic, where you will feel like a burden and don't really understands your problem. Thanks
