As an owner of a factory in a complex of fourteen units, I have been dealing with Solid Strata Management since the early 1980's when it was run by Warren Platt. When he retired his daughter Bev took over. At that time I became one of the Secretaries of the Body Corporate. In all of my dealings with Solid Strata Management I have never had an issue that Bev and her team couldn't address. They have always been professional, reliable and cooperative in every way.
I have no hesitation in recommending Solid Strata Management.

There's no perfect strata company- we have various commercial properties handled by various strata companies and let me tell you first and foremost Solid Strata is the best hands down by a county mile in fact the others strata management companies I deal with aren't anywhere near as good.

Had two different properties using Solid Strata. Simply hopeless. Requests get muddled up, contact is slow and if your request isn't the most basic in nature, good luck getting an outcome. Often those who join are lured by low fees but believe me you get what you pay for.

I have only had amazing experience with the entire team at Solid Strata Management. They have helped me with many different requests and have always responded to my requests quickly and professionally. I can only highly recommend services of Solid Strata Management.

I have been dealing with various Strata Companies over the past 20 years. My dealings with SOLID STRATA MANAGEMENT have been over the past 8 years, as a member of the Strata Committee /part as
contact and more recent years as Secretary.In my experience the services provided to me by Principal Bev McKeown and her staff , have been well above the experience I encountered in the earlier 12 years. They always promptly pick up the phone when I phone the office.Likewise they promptly attend to my emails. When I need to go to the office someone always comes out to see me; and access to the Principal is never denied.
I have no hesitation in recommending SOLID STRATA MANAGEMENT.

Absolute numpties, if I could give zero stars I would, stuck in the past in efficient highschool dropouts that have very poor business practices, poor communication skills and just bad across the board, time to move to the 21st century, it's unfortunate that we are stuck dealing with these people for now

I've been a strata home owner and front-line contact with Solid Strata Management for more than 10 years. From the beginning I have found Bev and her team: professional, efficient, helpful, reliable, responsive, reasonable and friendly.
Solid's network of tradies is excellent. Several of those tradies now work for my extended family too.
It is easy for me to give Solid Strata Management a high recommendation.
