Terrible, unprofessional, lazy strata management company.

We have been complaining about continuous by-law breaches from feral, uncivilised tenants living upstairs who sound like they are keeping a herd of wild cattle in their apartment, yet not action has been taken. The initial noise complaint was sent well over one year ago. Despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done - instead, we now have to waste our time going to mediation. They do however have time to send notices to the entire building block regarding visitor parking.

Persistent thumping for hours on end, on a daily basis, for over a year from feral tenants above is FAR worse than the odd visitor over staying their welcome in the visitor parking.

Simone Marsh, a strata manager, at Michael Roberts Strata, is so far the best and most professional we dealt with. She is always prompt with emails, focused and quick to resolve any SP issue. Very positive experience with Simone. Five stars to Simone.

Left our building in total disrepair. Strata Committee requested to repair essential services in our building like external lights , replace bins broken for more than 2 years, they left our windows and balcony doors railings and wheels destroyed and refuse to fix it left it like that for over 3 years. Especially when you want to talk to someone they purposely make you leave message and never return a call. This operators are a shame of the industry. Take my advice look for someone else otherwise they'll suck all of your levies and do nothing

I have been a unit Owner for 20 years. Our building has had MR for about 10 years as its Manager. MR has been great. All problems sorted as required without fuss. We are very happy.

I would highly recommend Charlotte Mottram, she lives and breathes Strata, in my experience she is very trusted professional. Honest, efficient and professional Charlotte assisted me in dealing with water leak in my apartment. Her recommendations were highly efficient and honest, I trust her 100 percent as her job was well-done!

Phone and emails are never answered. A couple of repairs in my apartment were within their jurisdiction, and they refused to reply or get someone to fix them, even when I quoted the strata laws applicable to them.

It wasn't until I got my brother in-law who is a solicitor, to call, email and send them a registered post, did they comply. Things shouldn't have to be this hard.

Simone is great do deal with at Michael Roberts Strata. Timely email correspondence & friendly service.

Awful service, never answer emails. Phone never answered. Will be trying to move to a different strata management.

Avoid, our block is definitely the worst on the street and getting anything done is hopeless.

Terrible company would not recommend them to anyone! My experience has been nothing short of a disaster and seriously impacted my health.

Mean, leaves in the dark, don't provide you with necessary info. which means treats you disrespectfully, disregard your needs & can't reason with them, a divorce between what they say & how they behave. Basically you pay their wages for poor service & the list continues without knowing where to go. So stressful!

Avoid these guys at all costs!!! Extremely poor customer service. Very rude staff!!! Very poor turnaround times. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars!

Michael Roberts Strata have managed our property in Crounlla for approximately 20 years, I have been on the Committee for approximately 15 years and we have always received great service. I highly recommend them.

Be warned they have been caught red handed , taking money from our account to pay bills without consent , have also been caught editing bills to balance up the books to hide it. Don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings keep scrolling down . Currently they have been reported to fair trading and awaiting legal action against them .
Next meeting I will provide the evidence to all the committee and have them booted out.
Complete scammers .

Unfortunately this Strata Co. turned out to be very disappointing. Extremely disappointing. And before any EC choose to sign on the dotted line think twice. You need to continuously follow up on issues even when you spoon feed them in writing and all that they need to do is action it. If the bad service continues for 12 more months, the EC will be looking for a new Strata Manager.

Very poor quality of service. SIMONE MARSH is so UNPROFESSIONAL. She seems like she don t care to listen to any query. She s raising her voice even I m just asking/suggesting. PLEASE DON T GO TO THIS STRATA.

Great if you don't want anything to get done. Living the strata management stereotype!

The absolute WORST strata company I have ever come across. They don't even manage the property. A dead snail could do a better job of managing the building I live in. The building is never clean, there are cockroaches everywhere, the security doors aren't even secure, the wiring in the building is deemed to be illegal and they have done nothing about it. I have made multiple attempts to contact them (Jonathan) and he never returns my calls or sends emails back.

DO NOT USE THEM. KEEP AWAY.

I deal with Charlotte Mottram in this office. I always find her to be incredibly efficient and responses to my emails are fast. She clearly loves what she does and takes pride and care in her work.

Always responded well to issues in our block. I found them to be patient and understanding during a busy period when we had to do a lot of capital works on the property.

Charlotte Mottram has been our strata manager over the last year and I cannot speak highly enough about her. We have had many strata managers with Michael Roberts over the years who have always been lovely but Charlotte is a standout. She goes beyond to ensure all matters are executed with the best possible outcome. I love the fact that she is always contactable and if she is unable to answer straight away, always gets back to me very quickly. Lovely dealing with you Charlotte, always a pleasure. Absolutely the worst strata period.
Overcharged for absolutely everything cannot get dates for contractors right then has the audacity to says if your not there you will get charged!

Michael Roberts Strata have been managing our block of units in Hurstville for about 6 years taking over from another local company. Since taking over they sorted out a few ongoing issues and there has been a big improvement in the way our block is managed and we as owners are now very happy with how our block is running. They have also assisted in getting our balance of funds to a higher level so we shouldn't fall into having some of the issues we previously had.

Stacey is an absolute asset to Michael Roberts Strata and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to sort out problems quickly. Our property will not settle for anyone else managing it other than Stacey.
