Incredible resources. CNC machine, 3d printing, etc. Cool art from rotating local artists in entryway. Toilet set up to flush with a foot pedal. Real neat stuff.

Having been a continuous member for more than 9 months, I feel I can give a fair view of the place.
First of all, this is the embodiment of a 'Hackerspace', the rules that are in place are common sense, in the interests of safety, and to ensure a good time for all members.
The facilities are not quite top of the line, but they are in fact more than adequate, with many high end machines! Especially in Boulder, and for the price that they're asking, you definitely get your money's worth.
I've been using the table saw, have been taught how to use the ShopBot 8x4 foot CNC machine, and intend to soon be learning some of the metal working equipment.
Being a budding designer of furniture and decorations, the space has been invaluable in helping to launch that aspect of my life. I've created lamps, models, 2.5D animals, attended educational events, and built the bed my wife and I sleep in!
There's also social events and classes as mentioned, most of which are free for members, or a trivial fee.
Would recommend, 5*

This place is like a gym membership for your mind. The members here are always happy to help out with the project or to give advice. They have a wide array of resources, from 3D printers to electronics and woodworking equipment. The best time to come is definitely their community open house that happens every Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

This place is cool. However, their prices are too high. Maybe that's just a symptom of Boulder rent... I'm not a member, I've only gone as a guest.

A quirky makerspace that (at the time, maybe still) is the only such space in Boulder (rent is expensive here, after all). It could use some stuff, but then there wouldn't be any place to put it! Good, helpful folks, and if you need the tools they have, you can get your thing done.

Friendly environment and nice people. Good shop for those who want to tinker. Not a lot of room though, a little cluttered, and hard to find.
