They say that they are real reviews from real customers, I doubt this very much more like lies, you cannot review the company as there is no ability to do so, so they obviously write these themselves, funny how Foundation Home loands are 4.1 on this site and yet they are struggling at 2 on every other review site, say everything these people do not do real reviews.

Avoid this company! They convince you to sign up your business and they will help and assist you in obtaining reviews. All the do is tie you into a contract and then you hear nothing from them! Look at other platforms like Google and Trustpilot to obtain reviews far more flexible to business needs.

I have been a happy customer of Feefo for 5 years . I have to say their customer service team is the best, Dee is unbelievable she answers my emails within minutes no matter if I email her on an evening or on a weekend.

Feefo is really easy to setup on a Shopify store and it improves our trust with customers no end and keeps our company improving by gaining invaluable feedback.

Having product reviews as well as service reviews helps conversions massively.

They are one of the best and key partnerships for my business, great value for money. It is a no brainer.

Not much good really as the feedback is only received from people who have been invited to leave feedback by companies. In my case this excludes me as I cut and run from a dreadful company before the business was concluded and so I have not been invited to leave feedback. I appreciate the problems with feedback but if you can't leave it at all unless you're invited then it can hardly be described as reliable.

DO NOT use this company at any cost. Parcel delivery is purely a lottery, and once your parcel is lost, they will engage you in endless emails (45 so far exchanged) - they're the cowboys of the industry. Their staff do not have access to the carriers, so they use gueswork to ascertain the status of your parcel, and even after contacting the carrier for them, they are still unable to track my parcel. They do not have a phone number, so it's impossible to talk to anyone.

To counter all the negative reviews below. The fact they are all missing is this: People only go to google to complain, but EVERYONE gets a feefo review email (from any company with feefo linked to their sales history) hence why the rating will always be higher on feefo, because you are getting a truer picture as all customers are being invited to review the company, not just the ones grumpy enough to search them up on google and leave a bad review.

The majority of negative reviews below are from disgruntled customers of shops who think feefo is somehow allowing retailers to cheat and delete negative reviews because they've gone to google reviews to complain and seen the disparity mentioned above.

I can confirm feefo not only have one of the best review management platforms going, but are also extremely strict with what they allow you to delete. Any review you wish to be removed has to be appealed with reasoning, and 95% of the time, feefo will reject your appeal to remove a negative review - Only under circumstances such as foul language, threats, or hard written/evidenced proof to prove what the customer has said is false are accepted.

Quite honestly I feel sorry for feefo's google review rating and they have (like all other companies) fell victim to the 'people only go to google to complain, not to say nice things' problem.

There does not seem to be freedom to leave reviews via this system.
If it is by invitation only, then a company may only invite people to review if sure of a good review.
This could lead to a misleading picture being painted, with dire results for the consumer ... BEWARE!

Pretty much a scam, didn't work with my website we was on a trial period asked for the account to be closed and funds that had been taken out my account to be returned, feefo chose to refuse both. Obviously a very sales driven company who pressure you into opening an account and then do what ever it takes to keep you up as a client on the sales board.

Do Not Trust. This company does not allow public reviews of their members thus dramatically influencing the real picture of a businesses service. It doesn t acknowledge that their customers are being highly selective about who is asked for a review.

Look at someone like anyone on Feefo, 5 stars, Trust Pilot and Google 1.2 stars.

This is a business model set up for businesses that want to control their reputation not improve their reputation. I hope it s short lived because people realise. I was not allowed to leave a negative review because I was not invited by the business to leave a review.

As a company that is supposed to have customer service at its forefront, I have been left very disappointed with the service. When trying to achieve Product Reviews Stars on Google Shopping Campaigns, I have been sent on a wild goose chase. I don't actually believe that the company understands how to integrate their system with Google and I have been left with no answers after having a support ticket open for over 8 months.

If you are reading this review, please also note...

FeeFo ties you into a contract and holds you in the contract making it impossible to leave without paying a huge leaving sum. They also increase the cost of your subscription without telling you on a regular basis.

If you combine this with the awful customer support and complete incompetence when it comes to integration with Google, you should run a mile right now. Find a different solution before you get stuck, for me it's too late, save yourself!

Fefoo is a company used to filter and remove negative reviews. The 'guidelines' in place are so strict that they allow the rejection of negative review but they may be let's say over looked when a review is positive. All you need to do to prove this is have a look at the company's Fefoo review rating on Google and then check an external website such as trust pilot, you'll see the two different worlds, the real world and fefoos manipulated world.

Great platform for reviews! We as a small company rely heavily on reviews and Feefo allows us to showcase our good service, which was business booster. The support is always there and helpful. Interface easy to use. A happy customer!

I can see based on their Trust pilot score of 1.5 and poor google reviews why people do not trust or use Feefo.

I signed up as a business and false promises made by their sales team and subsequently poor customer service means I will be going back to more reputable based platforms for my companies review requirements.

Poor company, poor ethos and screen real reviewers from leaving feedback.

Sales person was quite arrogant. Did not like the fact that we were unable to take two scheduled phone call appointments .
We are a retail outlet, and customers come first... otherwise they leave a bad review!! We had no way of knowing, when making the appointments how busy we were going to be. However the salesperson, got quite shirty with me when I tried to explain this.

Feefo's Model is not consumer focused. Reviews are invite only and are only sent to happy customers. Moderated Strongly so they keep the negatives to a minimum. This makes sense as they make money from the sellers (their clients). I won't trust their review in the slightest. The day they start every customer for a review is the day they become trustable.
No matter how much they contest saying that their review opportunities are fair, its further from the truth. Check google instead.

Made lots of promises had to do everything myself, persuaded me into 6 months contract..
Sarah Armstrong is very aggressive and keep saying that they can't guarantee anything, paid lots of money and all was complete waste.

Very basic platform where nothing is working, sent 550 emails ans got only 18 reviews in 8 months... it's unbelievable !!!!!

Asked for an advice in November and it's February still haven't got any reply.
Company is not familiar with deadlines at all...

I'm so happy the contact is finishing this month and I'm out of it!!!!

You need to write for approve before you want give review, than they want a proof of buying not older than 4 weeks ! and even than i try to write reviews from 4 months now with no succes at all. . So if you see 4 or 5 star reviews it can by realy Wrong !

Feefo reviews appear to be essentially worthless, indeed their use is possibly a negative indicator. Having had a questionable experience with a company, I find it impossible to leave feedback. I would go as far as to suggest you consider carefully using any company that uses feefo to post reviews.

Genuine Product. Genuine Service. Proper integration for the service and product reviews took a little setting up but to be expected and the support was there. Our customers automatically get sent a request for a review and it is quick and easy for them to do so. Decent notification system and easy to tie in to our CRM and investigate / respond appropriately. To those who claim the reviews are fake. Well - it is possible I guess- as with ALL review platforms to create fake customers, with fake email accounts and place fake orders. Companies who operate like that will hopefully get found out whatever platform they use. Indeed it is easier for them to do so with platforms that don't need an order/customer account. Feefo do plenty to ensure that the customers are genuine and that negative / contested reviews are moderated fairly. We pride ourselves on putting our efforts into continually improving our customer service and use any negative reviews to help us do that. Thank you. Steve Doyle , Caterkwik Ltd.

Dee had clearly taken the time to understand our business before the scheduled customer service call. And rather than just answer the questions I had, took time to understand what I was really needing to know. This resulted in brilliant insights and a real understanding of how to best use the Products for my business. The call wasn't at all rushed and I couldn't have asked for more.

As others have already said, this is a scam review company. They profess to provide an accurate picture of a company by only taking reviews from verified customers. However, having dealt with some of the companies they fraudulently lie about, the reviews on Trusted Reviews is FAR more accurate. The disparity alone between the star value on Feefo and Trusted Reviews should ring alarm bells in your head. As for their comment about only getting reviews from verified customers, well, generally it is only customers who will review companies (with the exception of scammers, into which category Feefo falls perfectly). Please beware of any company with a high Feefo rating - check other sites too before using the company.

Don't trust the reviews which are on Feefo. I looked at three other review site about a business and the business had 1 maybe 2 stars yet on Feefo they had 5 stars? No way. Sounds so dodgy and definitely not genuine with Feefo.

Removed my honest (but negative) customer regarding my online purchase as the retailer website displayed feefo customer experience score very prominently their website. I can safely assume this was done on retailers' behest. I can now understand how the score is 4.8!! Just a scam by feefo.

This is a clear conflict of interest and unethical.

Should any be trusting feefo for any future reviews? NO, I will not it is clearly biased and incorrect.

Feefo is a dodgy review company paid by their business clients, I bought a Tempur mattress based on feefo only to find it gave me back pains, when I checked them out legit review sites like trust pilot I found them to have 1 star rating only because 1 is the least they could give give tempur. I tried to rate them on feefo but you can't! When will trading standard do something about feefo as it is a rogue review site!!!!

Feefo send reviews direct to our customers from the order information passed through, there is no control over this as someone said earlier. We can send duplicate requests to customers directly as well but it is the customer who must respond with their review. If we haven't given good service, we want to know about it so I we can improve, i have certainly seen a lot of companies using other review formats to feefo where the reviews are clearly written by the company themselves. The tone and amount of things the review cover are not realistic. People are time poor so they tend to just leave a rating and say something quite quick, not a long paragraph on the virtues of everything about the company. I am always dubious of a reviews like this. Feefo offer a good user friendly system that seems trustworthy

Feefo are supposed to allow fair reviews of companies. Thompson & Morgan give abysmal customer service but they claim 5 stars on FeeFo for customer service. I have not been invited to give a feefo review and what reviews I see on other independent review sources such as the review I am giving now share my poor opinion of Thompson & Morgan. Feefo allows companies to avoid bad reviews such that Feefo review stars are meaningless.

It appears that the supplier has to invite their customer to review on Feefo. My experience has been that despite contacting Feefo twice, I have still not been invited to review a supplier. The supplier is clearly cherry-picking their reviewers and Feefo lets them get away with it. The bottom line is never trust a Feefo rating. Go to Google or Trustpilot instead.

RESPONSE TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER 1/11/2020: thanks for your prompt reply. I did receive an answer from your team on both occasions but still no invitation to review despite my persistence. That's when I gave up and used other review platforms. You don't need to act on my individual complaint. The question you need to address is how can consumers rely on Feefo ratings when suppliers can pick their reviewers?

Feefo ONLY publish 5* reviews , they filter out any bad reviews & DON'T publish them. If your a poor performing company who has bad reviews then Feefo is for you. If your an honest company who want your public to see ALL reviews then use Checkatrade or Truspilot.

I've read reviews here and I see a different opinion, I wanted to leave a negative review of a company I contacted Feefo, provided evidence of purchase and I got a link and posted. After it went live, the company contacted me to see if they could fix the issue. I think this platform is good as the reviews are from genuine customers. Google allows anyone to post regardless being a customer of the company. When my company buils up I will go with Feefo. It is a much better platform. Reading some of these reviews, people are hitting up, one star reviews of Feefo because of a gripe with a company. Its not Feefo fault and I notice their responses clearly give an email addres so that you contact Feefo about a complaint with a company. It is also my opinion after looking at a couple of these platforms, I beleive that Feefo invites go out to all customers its a tied in platform. I wrote a negative review about TrustPilot on TrustPilot and it was removed without explanation. So is TrustPilot protecting there system by managing there own reviews?

I noticed that there was a huge disparity between Feefo reviews (positive) and other review sites - yell / google / trustpilot - for a company I had a problem with.
Having researched I realised that it is the seller who sends you the review request and can therefore be selective about who they send them too! I contacted feefo to find out why I haven't had a request from this particular company.
In fairness they have responded and told me that 'Feefo works upon completion of an order, whereby the company processes their sales through Feefo to generate a feedback request to their customers. Sometimes a company may put a delay on sending requests out, to ensure customers have had time to use a product or reflect on their service.Thank you for providing us with the details of your order, we will investigate why you have not yet received a feedback request'. and when chased again 'Thank you for your e-mail. Your feedback request is scheduled to be sent to you tomorrow morning, 21st December.' Chased again - told that because I finally cancelled the order due to the incompetence of the supplier that they would not be sending out a review request!
Not an honest review site that truly reflects all customers opinions - perhaps a reflection of who is paying for their service!

Clearly not the case as I cant leave one for a company i did business with. thought it was unusual that company had thousands of positive reviews and not one complaint, now I know why they are screening who they send review opportunities too. I guess it is the company that pays Feefo invoices and they wont pay for a service full of negative reviews hence I cant leave one.
