I purchased polish from here only for me to get to the nail salon and the nail tech would not use stating it was old polish $20 down the drain after waiting a week to arrive in the mail

No good products!!gels doesn t last and polish are no good, rude customer service!!

The owner is a really nice man I get my monomer , acrylic colors , and primer out of here I don t order online I go in store to make it clear exactly what I want and that I want nothing less or more!.

Although it said open (online) they were actually closed. Not open Friday or Saturday.
Did finally catch up with them and get a few items. Like that cherry pedicure jelly!

Don't buy any product here !!. Is a fraud. Product came in another container and opened.

The owner are so nice. Never have any issues. There's some haters out there just don't mind them....they must be jealous.

If I could give less stars I would. Terrible insulting customer service. They probably don t even read these as they act like they do not care. I feel sorry for the wife. She looks like she is bullied by the man as my encounter she was afraid to speak up. They will never get a dime of my money

This place is terrible. My husband and I went in to buy supplies for our business today and were shown with immense disrespect. As we gathered our products and walked up to the register to check out, the cashier had told us that we could not pay with a credit card.We questioned why we couldn't when the machine was conspicuously there for us to use and they replied, " because you're not american." Just because of our ethnicity (Vietnamese) we were refused the right to use our credit card. They demanded us to pay only with cash that way they could avoid taxes. That is unacceptable. As a business owner, it is entirely wrong to cheat your way out of paying taxes due to your own selfish greed. There is no sign that informs to pay only in cash nor does it say that you will be treated unfairly due to your race. I do not recommend anyone here unless they'd like to be treated with unfairness and cruelty. I am absolutely ashamed of how my own people have the audacity to treat others this way.

I love this place and the owner is down to earth and nice. Every nail thing that you can imagine.

They very rude and miserable !! I order $800 on products , and 2 polish was broken , I call they, email , no answer After a week they answer back and said it s not our fault they didn t send me the polish back and just don t buy it from as any more !

Very poor customer service , gels are opened already and they don t send it everything in your order!! Some polish are missing in my order, first and last time buying from here

Note: You Must Have A License To Shop Here. They are CLOSED Fridays and Saturdays, most likely for deliveries. Bar none, this place has the best selection of nail salon products. They have all the new AND cool gel colors, types and brands. Nail brushes, UV and color acrylic, pedi chairs, Swarovski crystals, dip powders, drills, bits, they have it. They even have deals like buy2 get1 free, and some of those polishes are gel and lacquer combos. The associate behind the counter was helpful in finding my matte top coat, with choices, and was able to answer questions I had on the product itself. They also have a website, which is helpful in seeing what they do have and you can order from it. I have frequented this place 3x and have not had a bad experience with anyone.
