The IT solutions provided by SoftTech Solutions have been average. While they managed to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe, there were a few issues along the way. The team was somewhat responsive but could have been more attentive. Overall, the service provided was satisfactory, but I expected better results.
Was pressured into purchasing "lifetime" protection. Should have known by the price it wasn't real. Coverage for 2 yrs. Anytime I called for a monthly tune up I was pressured to purchase additional protection. The final call I received by Ronald Morris was belligerent. When I said I didn't have $1000-$1500 the case manager got angry. I went immediately to a local company. By the time I got there this company had locked me out of my computer. I'm done with this company and reporting them to the FCC. Definite scam!!
So far unresolved. I got a voicemail at 5:15 which did not include the name of the company. The message was to call a number if I did not want to renew. So I called at 6:25. My subscription ( which I don't think we had ever bought ) had already been renewed for the bargain price of $399.99.They couldn't ( wouldnt?) tell me how I had been charged or what computer was covered.
Beware.
I was scammed, paid a good Price for protection I never received. I called for assistance 3 times and was given the run around and I never did get my computer working correctly. Eventually their number was not a working number any more and that was not even half way through the 2 years I purchased. Very disappointed and would like a refund.
