For years i had enjoyed being a member of the Red C survey panel but the last few months have spoiled the experience. For the last while, Red C has become rather unresponsive to queries, has been caught applying credit incorrectly (i.e. lower than what is specified for completing a survey), and on one occasion, and due to a seemingly technical error, the survey was cut short just before the end with Red C blaming me for such and refusing to award the specified credit (in the end they agreed to pay 25% less than the full amount which still left me with a bitter feeling). This takes all the fun out of completing surveys and the effort required to resolve matters is not worth the amount in question in the first place.

Red C are Brilliant. Very Professional go out there way to Help Clients .

I have received a call from an employee apperently working for you and wanted to do a survey on rte.
They are calling from there personal phone and have there number on private.
First of all regarding this they are calling on a private number there personal phone as she said.
There are a number of scams going around at the moment and if this is true I find it very irresponsible to have them call from there personal phones regardless of them working from home
For a marketing company and from a guy who has studied marketing I would rethink your strategy especially during these times.

This company dials numbers randomly hoping for someone to survey.
Bad business practice.

Going downhill. Getting harder and harder to qualify.

never reply to repeated emails about non payment for surveys taken
I have set a total of 4 email to that address in your response below with no reply. You go find my emails, reply to them and I might change my review.
