They are literally thieves. Gave my computer for servicing. Couldn't solve the problem but these idiots replaced my 4gb and 2gb ddr3 rams with 2gb and 1gb ddr2 rams. I wonder how much loss they have been running in that have to come down to such disgraceful acts.. Hooligans..

I took my DV6 for Heating problem and battery replacement. Being an Electronics engineer and IT Professional I am quite aware of the exact condition. For lac of time and accessories I am not able to work it personally. However while I was explaining the entire problem to them they charged 500 Rs for initial inspection. I am fine with that as this was a common practice and they also told any driver/OS related problem will get covered up in this amount. I also repeatedly ask them for original battery. When I received my Laptop back - 1. The OS was crashed (This is an original OS for which they Key is available along with Laptop) 2. They replaced the battery with a china made generic one - available in amazon at 900 RS -- and for that they charged 4000 Rs. 3. Secondary Readon Graphics card was disabled and not working. ---- They also ask for additional amount to reinstall the OS (Win 7). After some argument they agreed to do that without the charge - how ever I found that they did the same with a pirated one. Heating problem reappears with 10 days of work so I had again send it for servicing and obviously to a different service center. One can give his/her system for servicing here though I will not suggest the same... so you are on your won risk. I am utterly disappointed and to be precisely mentioned this service center is not part of authorized HP service.
