I love how they are so helpful, and always willing yo assist, for the first few months when signing a contract or taking up their services. Wait till their equipment is faulty, then its the clients fault and you are told, that you are just a nuisance and you wont be helped till you as the client finds a solution to the problem. Not to mention the accounts department, pricing changes without notice, and then odd changes and additions and you will wait for a response Thank you for the service.
