I have been a member of Elements for over a year, and I cannot express how it has changed my life. First, the cost benefits of 1 massage give you the automatic discount, so you know you are not overpaying for a massage you may or may not enjoy! I have had several different therapists at the White Plains location and all have always made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. They understand the needs of their clientele and always do their best to make sure you have the most relaxing experience. Their customer service and front desk personnel ALWAYS welcomes me with a huge smile in person and over the phone which is extremely comforting. I highly recommend Elements White Plains for your healing process especially if you love massages and want the very best!

This place is a hassle to get to, parking is stressful and almost every time I m almost late getting there. They almost never have convienent appointments. I can t book weeks in advance as I don t have a lifestyle that allows for that. The pro s are the massage is Great but the stress in dealing there and booking make it not worth it. Even to cancel I have to physically go there and do it in writing.

My wife loved the place & the prices plus the options. That s all you need to know.

Frank is an amazing therapist, the staff is professional and the services are priced well. Parking is validated at the Sear's lot although I prefer paying at City Center.

Convenient location in the heart of downtown White Plains. The staff are all very friendly from the moment you walk through the door and the place itself generally has good vibes/ambiance. And the prices are reasonable. Had my first Swedish massage ever with Alexandra, she explained everything, checked in with me throughout (until I think I fell asleep), and gave me tips afterwards for staying hydrated and any soreness. Left feeling lighter than air. Would definitely recommend, especially to first-timers who are a little nervous.

Phenomenal first experience at Elements White Plains this week! I was greeted by name and asked about what I wanted out of the massage experience. When I offered the information to the massage therapist Lucky (yes, I got lucky!) he listened carefully and helped me to get relief of my lower back pain. I have booked a follow up appointment for Saturday morning and will join the membership plan then.

I hold all my tension in my shoulders. So I'm in constant discomfort and need massages often. Then the Lord showed me Element massage. I get deep tissue massages once a month, sometimes twice. Bogdan and Tom are amazing. They have helped me immensely and I don't need to go as often anymore because of there amazing skill. Element is clean and professional. There is parking in the garage and they validate! So happy I found this place.

Convenient to book an appointment. Rooms were private so you couldn't hear anything going on in the other rooms. Therapist was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and really cared about my needs and experience.

First visit. I fell asleep. Paid for next session yet to be scheduled.

Frank acted in a professional manner but didn't seem to enjoy his job at all. He had a labored breathing from the massage and sometimes exhaled as if complaining about something unpleasant. It made me feel like a burden. At one point he even sniggered, not exactly sure why. Frank seemed knowledgeable but I didn't feel relaxed in the end, as the massage was mostly dry and Frank made it seem like such a big effort. A bit of a strange experience. The advice he gave was good but the massage was not really what I expected, even though it was the standard protocol for sciatica. Frank asked of the pressure was OK, but it was hard to say for sure because of the dry massage. The pressure seemed appropriate for deep tissue but the dry massage left my skin on fire. It didn't help that his nails laboured my skin on multiple occasions. I took it in because without the pressure it would not have been effective. Frank seemed pretty convinced of the protocol so I wanted to give it a chance but today is the next day and I don't feel relaxed. I just feel a slightly bruised from stretching and scratching the skin.

Great Service. I visit there every month for a Deep tissue massage, and Bogdan is the best. Definitely recommend this massage place.

The massage was only decent, and on top of that they failed to mention the parking validation was only for two hours...which doesn t work for a two hour massage.

Update: Their customer service is top notch, when I left feedback via there e-mailed survey the owner personally called me to discuss it within an hour. I was very impressed with how attentive to detail he was and how response he was to customer feedback. It turns out the parking garage was wrong and the validation for parking is for three hours, something went wrong in the system.

I had Lisa, who was nice, but she definitely does deep tissue which sometimes hurt. She said before we started to just say something if i needed to. The first pass of lotion was FREEZING. The room was cold unless the blanket was on, which eventually had to be off. I didn't want to say anything, but eventually i did. She offered to put on the heater for the table which was nice and it wasn't working but then she got it to work. She said "oh you're lucky it's working!". I think the room was set to be cooler for her sake, but it's November and the cool temps were all I could think of during the massage. I went to the bathroom twice i had a lot of water beforehand, and the massage ended up being stopped probably ten minutes before it should have, but I took a minute in the bathroom and I probably could've gotten a few more minutes worth of massage, but instead she said 'it's ok go to the bathroom we're done anyway". but i probably could've gotten like 10 minutes more. Maybe that was my fault. I think the cool temps in the room just killed it for me, but I do feel more loose in the muscles which is good, but I had to put up with the pain to get them that way which I was willing to put up with until I had to say 'ouch'. Overall, not the most relaxing but it was decent. This was a gift, and I still gave her a decent tip of 20%.

I highly recommend Elements. Had every precaution in place to make me feel safe during COVID and my massage was fantastic.

Good massages but if you are a member they will constantly text and call you for upgrades and specials. I received calls on a Sunday! I asked to be taken off these calls and still receive texts? Like really if I want to upgrade my massage from an hour to an hour and a half I will do it myself. No need for the annoying calls and texts!

Very professional and clean environment. The staff is friendly and attentive. Frank was my masseur and did a great job. Afterward I was relaxed, rejuvenated and had better mobility and flexibility. I definitely recommend Frank and Elements White Plains Location.

Bogdan was amazing! He was incredibly professional and seemed to have a unique massage style. I very briefly explained to him what what troubling me and he knew exactly what to do. I left feeling refreshed and very relaxed. Liz, the woman who was at the front was super friendly and welcoming as well :)

It is very convenient that you can try different masseurs with different techniques and choose the technique that works the best for you. The highlight is the team: the entire crew makes me feel so welcome whenever I visit.

I've always had a very positive experience with my therapist. This past weekend I missed my appointment with Bogdan (he is the best) due to a work commitment and the staff was able to find a therapist with similar skills. I have to really thank the staff for exceeding my expectations and needs.

A hour spent at Elements is worthy of. I left the place feeling transformed. Great hands, great massage. Will be there 1000 times. Professionalism at its best.

I have been going to elements massage for approximately 3 months. Frank has been my masseuse. It has been an excellent experience. If you decide to go you will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed the quick response to my appointment inquiry and the willingness to help find a new time slot. Ian was very friendly and professional when I met him, he made me feel very comfortable and listened to. He checked in twice during our session about the pressure and if I needed him to make any adjustments. Ian found my trouble spot right away and carefully, but firmly, worked on it during our session. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional, she added to the calm atmosphere of the waiting room.

Christine was amazing. She very much focused on the exact areas I requested focus on. She made sure on a few occassions everything was going as expected and made sure the pressure was correct throughout the session. Awesome service looking forward to coming back!

Just came back from Elements spa, and had to write a review. I asked for a relaxing massage and Maureen C. was the massage therapist. She left the room for 10 minutes, and then returned and chatted, and chatted some more. She made comments such as you left your bracelet on and you told me you had a massage before. I told her that I had a cold 2 weeks ago and she abruptly stopped and said that she had to stop. She left he room and said that their policy was you cannot get a massage if you had a cold two weeks before. Wow! Don't go there! Or get a different massage therapist.

I was booked into an appointment with a great massage therapist. The massage studio was clean and there were plenty of amenities to make you feel comfortable. The therapist went over my needs and any questions I had. I left feeling relaxed and ready to take on the week! The owners were also in the studio to greet clients which is nice. They took over the business in early march 2018. It is a locally owned business. As I was only in town for a short time I did not join the monthly membership, however I would have if I lived near by! Its a great deal !

Reception is always pleasant and the environment is clean and calm. I have seen Leslie and Bogdan. They have different approaches to their craft, but both are incredible. There is someone for everyone here.

Friendly, supportive staff. Area is always clean and comfortable. I enjoy the warm tea and lemon water upon arrival. Frank is AMAZING! I've heard good things about your other body workers as well, so I always feel confident when setting up an emergency appointment!

Everyone is extremely friendly, the facility is always really calming and clean, the massage therapists are personable and good listeners and safety measures that have been put into place since COVID-19 are thorough and well enforced by all staff members.I also appreciate the loyalty, appreciation and genuine gratitude that Elements expresses to its Wellness members and all their customers. The owner is also very accessible. If you reply to an email that he personally signs, he will respond and not just woth a generic preformed letter. Elements has become a crucial component of my wellness routine for both maintaining my physical health for my career as a dentist, but also for my mental/emotional health as well. I always look forward to my monthly visits and try to visit more often if my schedule permits. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
