Client Service totally inexistant, orders are all delayed of several days (or months!). Please don't order anything online, they will hold your money and no way to get any answers from them. 100% disappointing

I bought a bag through the website and the empty package came to me. I called to claim the telephone number associated with that address and it does not correspond to anything of Guess.UNA AUTHENTIC SCAM. They don't respond to the mail either. I have denounced it is a SCAM.

"Guess" has implemented an unfair return policy for me.
Unfortunately, ECC (European Consumer Protection) can not help here because GUESS EUROPE SAGL is registered in Switzerland, you will not be able to protect your rights in return for goods or poor quality goods.

I bought an order of boots on November 02, 2018, through the guess page, and they never sent me the product, I called their headquarters and the only thing they do is tell me to have patience, wait for an answer from your store and that they can not return the money either.
They only have customer service for nothing. The emails are sent by a robot.
to the ahach aya will be three months without solution.
