Horrible experience with Softec. They sent me to the interview and I got the job offer but then Softec did not honor what they told me the contract would be, they sent me a contract to sign that was not at all in line with what they promised. I asked why this was and the person wrote back saying they interpreted my questions to mean that I don't want the job. Giant waste of time, I'd recommend you go with any other recruiter or staffing company.
