It was great the pizzas are personal size and id say the price was good for the size you get.

Absolutely love the quality and consistency of their signature pizzas. Still the same after all these years.

The pizza was ok but few things
I saw as I was waiting for food was very bad saw guy chewing finger nails and did not wash his hands and went back fixing food also dropped wash rag on floor and picked back up and started whiping counter and tables not good

An absolute staple in our community! Pizzas are amazing, the crunch of the crust... OMG! I do feel as though their pizza sauce has changed over the last few years and I prefer the old but still tastes amazing

Pizza By Alex has good pizza. I frequently take pizza home from Pizza By Alex, and love that it is a consistent product. My last visit, even though they were quite busy, the wait for seating was short. Our pizzas were ready quickly. It's nothing fancy but the pizza is good!

Pizza is very good. Service is awful. Phone constantly off the hook. Staff is rude. Long wait times. Consistently close earlier than posted hours

Awesome old school pizza place from the 1950's. All pizzas are 10" and delicious! Ugly paneled walls in the dining room are a BONUS! World's smallest unisex bathroom. Tell them you "want it cooked in the old oven." I recommend the YaYa Greek. $9.95

Wish they opened the menu up for more options. Yes the pizza is great. Appetizer would be a great addition..

It is a great no nonsense place for pizza. People all over Maine travel to come to pizza by alex. If you find yourself near Biddeford Me stop and get your self one.

No one was wearing a mask in the kitchen. We are in a pandemic and this violates the CDC health codes. I would hope to see a safer environment that serves so many people food on a daily basis.

I grew up in Biddeford, less than a block from Alex Pizza...and worked there for my first job. I pretty much lived on their pepperoni pepper pizza. We live in Oregon now, but every time we re back in Maine it s the first and last place we eat. So, so good.

Absolutely the best pizza in biddeford! One size pizza and the don't take credit cards. There is an ATM inside tho.

Great pizza. Big parking area opened up to the right of the building awhile back, plenty of room now. Bring cash or check, they don't take plastic. Always a treat to get pizza from Alex's.

Life long customer, not sure I'll be going back any time soon the quality has dropped off over the past few years, just had the worst pizza I've ever had from pizza by Alex didn't even finish one piece.

Best pizza in southern maine! One size, no appetizers(cause they are so good they dont need any frills) and no delivery. Why cause they are that good where nothing else is needed!

Bad customer service, picked up and slammed the phone down and can hear them having a conversation with another customer. Then the employee hung up on me. After that they kept hanging up the phone. I called at 8:30, when the recording says to make your order by 8:45.

Best pizza in New England! Unique and tasty crust, one size and they only do pizza, so you know they do it right.

They only sell small pizzas, but the toppings are generous so each pizza could feed 2 people. I can get a medium pizza at Dominos for the same price (or a large with a coupon). There is one bathroom that is small, not handicap accessible, no space for children, and not even a hook to hang a coat or purse.

Wow I really don t know where to start. they are extremely racist and love using the hard R, but they also smoke cigarettes inside the kitchen... near the food. Very bad

The place has gone so downhill. The staff is rude and the new girl kept giving me dirty looks. Yesterday when I called in an order she was rude on the phone as well. I ordered a single pizza and they told me twenty minutes. I called at 12:16 and I was waiting till 1 for my pizza. The service is absolutely terrible and I used to go there all the time and it was great. but because of my past few experiences I will not be returning.

I moved to Biddeford almost 20 years ago and heard right away that Pizza by Alex was something I just had to try for myself. Well I did and it's fantastic, maybe the Best pizza around, with a unique taste I can't get enough of. There's seating for plenty of people inside with a new parking lot for 15-20 cars added a couple years ago Cash only and a newer ATM inside for those that need cash.
