Buffet is getting better and better. Superb choices of food.

The BEST buffet! Attentive and pleasant staff. The only buffet with a room full of cheese.

The hotel has the biggest restaurant compared to other hotels in Asia.
And they are serious on this food business. Delicious and wide range of options.
They have a chilling room for selection of cheese and wine cellar.

I love this hotel, when you stay here, you are made to feel very special

Internet very slow and the balcony in bad state {stain rust not repainted) but especially the breakfast which is included in the price of the room according to tell of the room service by telephone and then finally to add it on the final note not very serious for the rest perfect very nice hotel and the staff of the hotel at the top

Love the ambiance of the hotel. Rooms are nice and decent. Pool is perfect with the ocean view. Loved our stay.

Aside from offering a spectacular view of Manila Bay (esp. during sunset), the hotel exudes a laid-back vibe any one searching for some peace and relaxation would definitely appreciate. I never get tired of visiting Sofitel even for a quick coffee or tea.

Mold in the shower. Outdated rooms. Expensive amenities. Excellent breakfast. Overall, this place is expensive for what it is. It's in need of a remodel.

Over priced - trying to sleep is almost impossible with music and discos until 2am. if you survive that you get eaten to death by the flies / mosquitos its more like their breakfast then yours.

I have to say that this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in any hotel. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

This hotel has a wonderful location with splendid sea views, particularly from the pool area.

The food and beverages (coffee) on offer are at least low quality, very poor quality unfortunately.

The prices are on the very high side, a vegetarian sandwich will set you back $20 and a salad about the same.

The service provided is very accommodating, welcoming and efficient, the guys working at this hotel are very nice.

After three chances, lobby cafe and restaurant, pool bar restaurant, I will not go back again and I feel sorry for my honest review.

The pool/bay side is one of the best places to lounge around and watch the breathtaking Manila bay sunset.

Pro tip: get the lounge access upgrade for free drinks and food all day plus you can s have the buffet breakfast at the dining hall

Honestly this is possibly my favourite hotel in the world. Big call, I know! But well worth visiting. Try the buffet at Spiral Restaurant.

The room, service, friendliness and expertise of the staff, and food in both the restaurant and the sports bar were all great!

We had a smooth check-in, loved the poolside and the service by great staff, and liked its convenient location. Breakfast was delicious and we had a lot of choices for cuisines. The rooms, however, are quite dated and definitely needs an upgrade. We also had a very LOUD and RUDE foreign neighbour (or possibly a friend or guest) who was shouting and banging on their door at a very late time and we were woken up several times during the night because of this. Perhaps you should review your cctv footage to check on this. Other than that, we were very happy.

I am having a very bad time in correcting a reservation for the Sofitel Manila and travelocity for a July 11th booking. I have never had such an exhausting experience. Travelocity (an online hotel booking company) and Sofitel Manila are not connecting to reinstate a booking that I never cancelled. Both parties are saying I cancelled my July 11th while I paid it. I have called Travelocity at least 8 times and my wife who is in Manila called the hotel 7-8 times. Both continue to blame the other. Travelocity states Ms Dianna from reservation dept on June 26 agreed to reinstate the booking for 1 nite, but after calling the hotel ourselves they say they know nothing. I need a Manager to get involved and to fix this once and for all. Regards from a very frustrated customer.

We had our company event here last july, I gave 3 stars because. The place and the rooms are nice. But the food, we ran out of food at the buffet we had that almost 20 people haven't got any food on their plate. Limited choices as well on their breakfast buffet. I don't like the food here at all.

It is the winter season in the Philippines, but the pool is too cold to enter. There is no jacuzzi available for children .. I would like the water in the pool to warm up a little. In Korea, the temperature goes down to zero and the snow is always swimming in the outdoor heated pool which is warm in winter. Shuttle operates to the mall of Asia, no shuttle to the airport.

Great food! Nice place! Parking space inside the hotel is the only setback.

Very good hotel with varieties of amenities and services but they dont have halal kitchen.

Front desk staffs were super friendly and accomodating especially Romy and Rose. Housekeeping was fast whenever we needed them. We spend a few days with three rooms to celebrate my grandaughter turning six months and it was a memorable time for our family. Our family has six memberships. Was not able to get all free rooms. Need to pay for most of the rooms because of weekends. What made it nice was the local rates for members. And also fifty percent off vouchers for buffet at Spiral! Thank you very kindly for making our stay a super wonderful one!

I only had a meeting there for dinner, no accommodation. Viewed from outside the building, it is quite old, after all, the hotel is some years old. The restaurant lobby meeting room has good internal facilities and the rooms have not been seen.

The location and experience was wonderful, it was easy to move around, within and beyond the hotel, the services within the hotel was excellent. It was truly a pleasant experience.

Its best place you ever want to stay for long time. Pools are great, foods are superb best...

Pleasant welcoming, great service and very helpfull and assisted with everything, even a doctor when you feel sick. Great variety of food at their restaurant Spiral to please everyone all over the world. Awsome experience and will defenately recomend Sofitel to all our frends and family.

The view of Manila Bay makes one wax nostalgic. Food choices are amazing! Facilities and amenities are world-class. Public transportation access is limited, but they provide shuttle services to the Mall of Asia and the staff will flag down a passing taxi if you request it.

Arguably the best buffet in town. The imperial residences and the Millesime club come with a price. The staff are very helpful.

Im loving this hotel more after renovation ambiance has improved alot. Had a very relaxing staycation... If you are too exhausted from work you can spend your weekend here,enjoy the cozy room and the superb food.

Overall service level was very good. However, room was very dated and did not live up to a 5-star rating. Shower head was not adjustable and could only spray at one direction when mounted.

The cool air by the sea eased our tired body. The food at Spiral more than fill our delicate taste for dining. Gym, massage parlor, nail arts and beauty enhancements are available. While swimming, you can feel the gentle breeze of the sea. Very nice experience

This is one of the few hotels in Manila where you can see the beach and has a long history and tradition. It is a little old-fashioned but it uses the finest materials such as amenity and bedclothes. The advantage of having a veranda is that it is located on the beach and the inside of the room is a little damp. Breakfast and lunch at Spiral Restaurant are very expensive, but expensive.

Traffic to get there is bad most of the time but worth it.
Google when the sun will set and be at their bar at least an hour before.

Food was excellent as expected.. Cheese room was unique. Service was warm. Too bad the place is showing its age. (Ceiling was leaking in some spots.)

Only went here to try the Spiral buffet and it was great! Recommend it but double check when it starts!

I love dining at this Hotel! Perfect location for a romantic date and a fine dine dinner!
