Amazing I really would recommend it to family and friends

Very beautiful hotel at the center of Dubai DT with professional team members

Attended an all day seminar at this delightful hotel. The atmosphere was gorgeous, staff delightful and the overall experience was top notch.

A Great 5 star Hotel
The room is big and luxurious.
The breakfast is great.
The location is perfect as it is next to Dubai mall and the metro.

Loved the experience at Sofitel. The Club Suite room was quite big and the view was of the Burj.(partial view). The room furnishing is ok but not that great. But the service is really great. Also, the free Club lounge Access is really nice as they serve free beverages during the evening time. The proximity to the Dubai Mall is another great advantage even though it's a 10 min walk through the over bridge. I would definitely stay there the next time also.

What can I say. We booked the prestige suite with access to Club Milleseme. The room was very very spacious, plenty of windows facing every side of Dubai including the Burj. We would recommend getting club milleseme the food is fantastic and you have a excellent choice. The breakfast was more than enough to fill you up for a day, and the evening Pre dinner snacks is enough to fill you for the evening. The staff was always polite, helpful and always showing great hospitality. Using Uber the staff would always put me at ease and tell me when my cab has arrived and deal with everything whilst I sit and relax. Will stay again, and recommend to all to book it. The pool is amazing too. Thank you Sofitel for making our holiday special.

nice quiet hotel near downtown dubai (almost walking distance) with good facilities and friendly staff. The room are spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

5star hotel with 5 star facilities in center of dubai very near to dubai mall

Dubai travel to Sofitel Hotel on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. I heard that the group was not accepted. Overall evaluation was not bad!

Location is great that's only a stone away from the metro. Services are great especially in the lounge.

The rooms are fine, the breakfast is good, but at the entrance to the hotel more than the whole of my stay in the hotel to receive a deposit and exit fee received for a fee to be forced to sign on a paper I will not stay in a hotel named sofitel again

Hotel very well placed next to the metro and the footbridge to go to the mall. Very nice and very very professional team, it's good to see that. Thanks to Ferdie for the spotless room to Stephen our concierge who helped me with my plane tickets to Jane and her breakfast team they are adorable with a big smile as well as the waiters always taking care of us, and without forgetting the reception who spoke to us in French thank you. Excellent personal hotel at the top of the top. Many thanks.

Excellent quality hotel, great location, only a 20 min walk to the Burj Khalifa. Luxury rooms, good wifi, good quality breakfast with a lot of choice. His star worthy.

Amazing hotel with amazing service, I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Special thanks to the Front Office Manager for having solved a tricky situation we had a first in the best possible way! Thank you, our holidays were made much better by staying with you!

Decent rooms, great service and very close to metro station.

Was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Staff are so welcoming and the environment is very clean. There is a wide variety of breakfast and the atmosphere is very quiet and calming.

Staff were great.
Here are my issues:
1. There outlet situation is bizarre. Two outlets next to the TV, far from the bed. One outlet next to the bed, but on the other side of a large bedside table, not ideal for small cables. Three outlets by the coffee maker. So if you want to have your phone charging next to you at night, not the most ideal situation.
2. The shower kept changing temperatures, from what was set, to very hot for a few seconds. This happened every two minutes.
3. The Burj view was nice, although slightly obstructed by a new building project.
4. The Burj view is also on the poolside, which has a club that was blasting music until 3am. When we called downstairs to complain, they said there was nothing they can do. We were on the 27th floor.

I along with my family stayed at the Sofitel downtown dubai for 22 nights during the month of May 2017.The experience was indeed memorable with eversmiling staff who were always courteous and helpful be it at the breakfast buffet or at the hotel lobby and the entrance.
A special word of appreciation for the housekeeping staff who did a splendid job be it at the regular housekeeping or at the turndown service.
Overall an extremely wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone at Sofitel Downtown

And when i first came the ac electricity was off dont know why

Great, Wonderful 100 points, location, location.Location really good to leave and come from the airport. Metro close by and taxis easily accessible. Mall of Dubai and tower next door. The pool was great and the service so far 5 days was great. Room service was really fast and not bad.

Friendly staff, a perfect location. Near the metro to go to JBR or Mall of the Emirates, close to Dubai Mall and the fountain, Burj Khalifa. Clean rooms, spacious and delicious breakfast. Gym is also very large and extensive

I do not recommend it is no longer overlooking the fountain because of the new buildings in front of him and its price is not worth

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very large and extremely clean with an incredible view of Burj Khalifa.
The pools are beautiful and the service is perfect.
The breakfast buffet is gargantuan with fresh fruit juices. I enjoyed the Spa, and the massage.
Access to the dubai mall can be done in a few minutes on foot using air-conditioned access.

The hotel is normal. Nothing special in the hotel.
We book twin room the bed is single bed it looks like extra bed siza

I went before to other hotels the twin room has full size beds.

Also the nespresso machine is not working.
I asked the hotel for late check out they really make it hard for me.

Anyways I'm not gonna come back to this hotel.

Ive attended both business events and a wedding party here. The location is easy to reach, facilities are clean, staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious.
The price i think is fair for the service you get. In general, i would definitely recommend it.

Massive, modern rooms and bathrooms. Fantastic pool. Views of the Birj Khalifa. Only downside is the shower temperatures fluctuated wildly in my room.

Edit. Second stay here and showers are obnoxious. Downgraded to 4 stars for getting scalded when a toilet neighbor's toilet flushes.

Great location beside dubai and downtown boulevard, access to many restaurants and shops, staff are friendly and professional , it is French style hotel , one comment regarding the swimming pool which should be cool temperature during summer time

What a lovely staff at the pool side on the 5th floor. Mohsin, priyantha, Ranji and Manu to mention a few.
Delicious sliders for my son and spring rolls with chilli sauce.
Cold beer and Pepsi served in a timely order. This is definitely going to be the place where I would be happy to spend my hard earned money.
