They over charged my card and only provide a local number to call the hotel so I have to pay long distance to get a hold of them and figure out the problem. Additionally, their transportation on site is actually 3rd party and when we were over charged for that, we couldn't dispute it with the hotel.

it may not be spacious, but this property is by far the ONLY one that overlooks the Nile, all around!. The building is situated on an island in the Nile, and its peculiar cylindrical shape shows outstanding views, from anywhere. Sofitel service and quality is also very lavish

The Moroccan restaurant is very very very beautiful, and the receptionist Wafaa is a nice person.

Expensive but great service, you can go there for a one day pool day, just chill by the pool and eat foods and drink some cocktails. Also nice spa service, gym, and other things. Nice for long term stays as well.

Service is excellent and staff is well trained and professional. There was not even a single negative thing about this place
