The Moroccan restaurant is a nice restaurant, the view is fantastic, the service is beautiful and the staff are very nice, especially sister Marian

The rooms are dated, breakfast is ridiculously expensive and they wanted to charge us US$15 per person to use the hot tubs which were advertised as part of the amenities when we booked. Additionally, the pool had loose tiles which made it unsafe to walk around and they didn t even have anyone serving water or beverages by the pool. Overall, I give this hotel two thumbs down and would not recommend to anyone!!! Much better options at nearby hotels in Cairo.

A lot of the reviews seemed orchestrated and false. This hotel is absolutely horrendous and the staff are not far behind. The trip began with an issue I called and asked for a manager and was told he would return my call. Three days later I went to the duty manager asking where my call was? He apologized, which didn t fix the issue.

The next issues has pictures below. The Hotel had no breakfast unless you got the buffet. I told them all I wanted was coffee and they provided the pictures below. I then was charged 415 LE for the coffee. The coffee tasted like water and when I complained they apologized. They didn t even offer any money back.

Edit: I filed a complaint with their corporate office which is Accor. They contacted me to say that their investigation found that what I said wasn't true. I am unsure why I would lie. I never want to stay here again. I actually will never say at another Accor hotel; despite my love for the one in Santo Domingo. It is sad that someone in the "hospitality" business would say I am lying. Should I share the photos of what we encountered on here

An exceptional suite for the bride with a magnificent view on the 23 rd floor.

Hotels with impeccable and clean room, comfortable bedding and really top hygiene (in period of covid it is very important) exceptional view of the Nile from the balcony, only small downside the room was equipped with an ironing board without the iron too bad. Security push at the hotel entrance (security guard with dogs, police, metal detector), tasty and varied breakfast. Swimming pool with incredible view of the Nile at sunset is a magnificent spectacle. On the other hand, a little waiting for the swimming pool in fact you have to book a Transat but no hotel staff warns of this. The staff were generally pleasant, except the bank mr, he tried to get me to change money at a much lower rate than in his exchange offices, in fact he asked me to go up to the second floor or there is an ATM to change the exchange but with a really low rate. It was quickly settled after a rant from me!

I tried the Moroccan restaurant and was one of the worst experiences I ever had.

The place has exceptional view to the Nile, yet the service and food are the worst one can get. Orders take forever to be ready. They charge for a minimum however you don t know what to order given that everything is served late, uncooked and tasteless. Won t recommend it to anyone unless someone wants to enjoy the view of Nile for $30 without any plans to enjoy decent beverage or edible cuisine.

Kababgy restaurant is a nice place to stay in,
Great view and good quality of food, their are some issues in the service,however, they have a very decent restaurant manager (Mr. Elias) and he know how to absorb the guest issues and satisfy him.
