Kababji Restaurant .. Very excellent. I recommend visiting it. Excellent reception. Delicious food. Fast and elegant service. Sister Jacqueline. The receptionist is very elegant and interested in comfort and satisfaction.

It is obviously a bit more expensive than some others but frankly the luxury is the comfort are at the rendezvous.
Everything is perfect, quiet and clean room and quality service from every member of the hotel staff.
The food is also very good and fresh, frankly it is a reference in town despite prices just a little high!
In any case for us it was great !!

El kababgy and the Moroccan restaurants are both amazing. Staff professionalism could improve but the 5 stars got I Hamza, the manager as he is doing a great job with that. It s way pricey for local Egyptian. Underpriced for khalili tourists.

The spa experience was phenomenal!! We were a large group of girls celebrating the bride, and each one of us were extremely happy with the massages and the service we were given. We highly recommend getting pampered here. Nuri was my therapist, and she was excellent, the other girls were also happy with the other therapists.

This place is simply a breakfast with a wonderful Nile view!! Amazing selection of intercontinental food available, especially the beef medaillon with mushrooms! Very friendly and accommodating service, one of the best places in Cairo!! Hayam and Ahmed Hetem have been of great help, going above and beyond simple service - they made sure we were all served well and got us all we needed in a timely and friendly manner! I would definitely stay here again!! A++++++

With no doubt when mentioning Enjoying your breakfast with a peace of mind, nice hospitality and great food options, then Sofitel breakfast restaurant is one of the best to be mentioned. From the welcoming staff, the variety of food and the cleaness of the place. I recommend the place not only for the great view facing the beautiful nile but also for its staff who built the loyalty to come over and over. Cant forget Hatem and Hayam the great two hosts who made my daily visit to the breakfast a great experience.

Not good experience spicaly for pricing, room service, and the most bad experience with customer service and privacy
