Purchased a jersey online, never received any type of confirmation email, never received my item and my credit card was charged. Emailed and called them and no one ever responded or answered. Editing my post as they finally responded.
Took regular shipping which usually takes about 5-8 days and it was delivered within that time frame which I was ecstatic about and I got exactly what I ordered (My Nike Mercurial 13s and my Real Madrid jersey). Strongly recommend this site.
Note: when using international credit it takes a little while to verify that it's not used for fraud to ensure safety to the site and customer.

My boys love to buy their soccer boots from Soccer Pro, staff is always great and it is nice to talk with someone in sales that knows about the boots.
Never, EVER shopping here again. They took 200$ off of my card and didn t even deliver the cleats I ordered. Needless to say these are scammers.
Got a defective shoes and they won't replaced because it doesn't affect the players performance when I pay for something I expect something without defects.
I purchased a pair of Nike Mercurial Vapor IX shoes (which retail for $225) from SoccerPro that tore after the second use. After a number of back-and-forth emails, I got SoccerPro's representative to agree that such a tear is not normal (although their official policy is that a tear is a defect if it affects the performance of the shoe). But even after agreeing that this shoe is defective, they won't offer me a refund, only store credit. That might have been sufficient, except they no longer have the shoe I purchased in stock, so I'm either left with (1) a shoe that tore after the second use or (2) a store credit I will not use. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again.

Worst site to order from. They don t answer calls or emails right away it usually takes a couple of days to respond to customers !!!
If you customize a jersey they say it COULD take 3-10 business days!!!! They have no idea when their orders will ship and it should say it WILL take 3-10 business day!!! Every time I call to ask about my order they would say we don t know any day now it could ship and this was after the 10 th business day and they still had no idea when my order was going to ship.
Worst experience ever I order a pair of cleats and they weren't sent out they were in for a 2 day delivery never came called customer service 4 days in a room never answered my calls or emails i called when they open and still no answer worse experience ever for my online shopping experience they take money quick but can never send your products out.

I never liked ordering top quality cleats online in case they break or having to go to the mall and look for the perfect pair, but at soccer pro they have so many different kinds of cleats it's crazy. I always find what I want and I've even bought a couple jerseys from them, and the deal on the adidas training pants not too long ago was amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my gear, you guys are great!

First order- socks were missing, no indication on packing slip or notice from company letting me know they were on backorder. Had to call to find out. Second order- practice shirt was ordered as a youth large and received adult large. They said they would send out replacement first thing Monday and overnight it due to their mistake and I could sent back the shirt at my convenience. I even double checked with associate again to make sure that I didn't have to wait to receive replacement until they received it back and was reassured. Called 4 days after I should have received it and they now say they must receive confirmation that shirt is coming before they will send replacment. Now we have to wait again. Would NOT recommend unless you have to order from this company. A little customer service/satisfaction would go a long way since YOU made the mistake of sending me the incorrect size in the first place. Also, no offer for discount or refund on shipping?!?!
Tried to order a soccer jersey and they say the payment information won't go through even though my bank account shows I've been charged. Impossible to get through to anyone by phone and they haven't tried to contact me back to fix the order. Do not recommend using this company.
