First order- socks were missing, no indication on ...

First order- socks were missing, no indication on packing slip or notice from company letting me know they were on backorder. Had to call to find out. Second order- practice shirt was ordered as a youth large and received adult large. They said they would send out replacement first thing Monday and overnight it due to their mistake and I could sent back the shirt at my convenience. I even double checked with associate again to make sure that I didn't have to wait to receive replacement until they received it back and was reassured. Called 4 days after I should have received it and they now say they must receive confirmation that shirt is coming before they will send replacment. Now we have to wait again. Would NOT recommend unless you have to order from this company. A little customer service/satisfaction would go a long way since YOU made the mistake of sending me the incorrect size in the first place. Also, no offer for discount or refund on shipping?!?!
