We always loved the classy items in So Chic but only recently became customers when doing an apartment makeover. Too many nice things to choose from made it difficult for us to make decisions, but the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us through the process.

Rarely these days can you walk into a interior design shop buy something there and then to take home. 3 months ago my husband and I filled 5 carrier bags with "stuff"and then sped back to adorn our home. Subsequently we have visited nearly every weekend to be confronted with the excitement of a shop full of new things. The owners couldn't be nicer and I can whole heartedly recommend this establishment for anyone who appreciates quality and style!

The first time I went into So Chic I fell in love with the beautiful array of products and the whole look and feel of the store. It set the benchmark for how I wanted my own home to look.

What I really respect about Sharon and Andrew (the owners and who are often in-store) is the fact that no matter what your budget, they will help you to find some key items or a full design that will really transform a room. We got this amazing painting (and candle sticks), which has added a real sense of sophistication to our lounge. It truly brings us joy every time we look at it, and feel proud to own such a statement piece that we wouldn't have found elsewhere. We've also used So Chic's home furnishing service and were really impressed with the quality of the cushions we had made.

Overall I would highly recommend paying a visit to So Chic, whether it's with a mission in mind or not. It's a feast for the eyes and the service is impeccable.

It's taken me a few years to design my home and I couldn't have done it without the gorgeous products and brilliant advice from the team at So Chic. I'm a perfectionist and So Chic truly understand how to make a home look perfect!! Whether it's a cushion or a console table, the service and quality have been exceptional. I now have the home of my dreams.

Great experience in this store under its NEW management! The furniture and products sold here are of the highest quality and made to a beautiful bespoke spec. The staff are lovely and ever so helpful- would definitely recommend it!!

I have used So Chic for the last 4 years and have found their finish and attention to detail outstanding. Andy has helped create two homes and once you get the So Chic bug it just doesn't go away. The colour contrasting and the constant introduction of new ideas and pieces is what sets them apart. Andrew and Sharon have put their heart and soul into this company and its of no surprise that they are Royal Warrant Holders. Starting with putting all the wallpapers, tiling, paint, and lighting together in a plan to having a completely finished article has been so rewarding. Thank you So Chic!

I first visited So Chic with limited, time, budget and imagination. This was always a service that I always dreamt of using. I was not disappointed. Sharon, Andy and the team have the patience of a saint. They have always worked within my budget and brought my vision to light in a timely manner. We are now working on a 2nd project and I couldn't be happier. I am excited to see the results. They never fail to impress me.

A beautiful array of products in So Chic but for us most importantly is the service that Sharon and Andy provide... it can be months between visits although Sharon always remembers us and has time to chat and catch up. We have purchased several wonderful additions to our home from an outlet where there are styles for all tastes -fantastic!!

Got a faux fur spread for the sofa. Do you offer refunds? Of course we do...14 days... Got back within that time, tag still on then excuses started. We have a sign that doesn't allow refunds only store credit (welcome back to the 80's!) lie right in your face. Took me 25 mins to get it sorted with the store owner (first excuse was she is the only one that can handle refunds so I need to come again...). Eventually refund has been issued and yet... 48 hours later and no money back on account. Called them again, first thing they tell me I need to check it with my own bank (so easy to push it to someone else's lap) offered her a confirmation number she doesn't know what to do with it. Now she will "get back to me". I am putting my money no one gets back to me and I will have to resume chasing again. Exhausting, amateur hour if not deceitful... Not recommended.

I recently attempted to buy something from this store but the lady working there was so extremely rude that I left in shock. The item I wanted was out of stock and i could only have the display item which had some mild scratching. I said i'd buy it but would appreciate a small discount. This made her angry and she yelled: "if the product is not to your satisfaction you shall not buy it!". Had to laugh ("I indeed shall not..") and left.....
This is not my first experience at So Chic. Unfortunately this woman does not understand customer service. I wont go back ever!

While visiting the UK last month we purchased several items at So Chic. Was concerned about having them transported to our home in Southern California because they were so fragile. Arrived yesterday in perfect shape. Whoever wrapped our items should be working in an Egyptian museum. What a great job by Sharon and her husband. Can t miss spot for anyone looking for stylish furnishings at a fair price.

Lovely family run business in Windsor. Beautiful products, great, friendly and accommodating service as well as after sales service..... makes me wish I had more rooms in my house to fill.

I recently bought a new house in Walton on Thames that needed furnishing to a high standard. So Chic are without doubt the best retail outlet for interior design I found in England. Their prices are reasonable and well below The Sofa & Chair Company. If you are looking to make your house look as good as the show homes for new builds then So Chic have it all!

We have been using So Chic for couple of years now and purchased an array of products from them over this time from sofas, to lamps, to bar units - you name it, they have it and where they don t, they will spend time to source exactly what you want. Their stock is absolutely stunning and of extremely high quality. Sharon and Andy have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have gone out of their way time and time again to really understand what we were looking for, suggest great items and deliver them in perfect condition. Would hugely recommend! Definitely made a lifetime customer out of us.

I came into Sochic to have a quick browse through the store as it had a great selections of high quality products. I met with Sharon and Andy who were extremely helpful in recommending some fabric for a pair of curtains and matching cushions. They provided a very friendly consultation taking into consideration the style of the current room, helping to choose finishes to bring the whole room together. The finished product was of high quality with a lot of care taken to attention to detail. I will be staying in touch with them in hope of working on some future projects together. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you everyone at team Sochic.
